  1. It's amazing how much district courts in red states will justify unnecessary violence. That's because people in those states vote for cops to be able to act like that.

  2. The cop threatened to arrest the man if he opened the door and or gets out of the car, the seconds later said get him outta the car, then arrested him.

  3. The police officer now trespassing because he didn't leave the property the cop was told to get off his property and the law on trespassing is if after being told to leave the property by the owner and doesn't exist the property is guilty of trespassing and can be arrested by the citizen who has the right to do so now and if he resist another charge of resisting arrest plus if any other police officers interfere with a citizens arrest their guilty of obstruction of justice.

  4. This whole thing wouldn’t have happened if the government didn’t treat us like children. Wearing a seatbelt might be a good idea but it’s my life, my choice.

  5. He should be arrested for the graphics on the truck lol.

Cops abuse r+o all the damn time. It’s their catch all to detain and arrest an individual

  6. This was an obviously retaliatory stop — and the officer most definitely used excessive force — as a resident of GA — this officer is a threat to the people around him!

  7. “Even if the force was unnecessary, plainly it was not unlawful.” What clown wrote this?!? ANY unnecessary force by the state is, by definition, excessive and unlawful!

  8. They really oughta make cadets watch this channel before they EVER get a badge 😂 it would save our communities and their jobs.

  9. And that pisses me off they say police policy you have to be handcuffed behind your back but they handcuffed the cop with his hands in front the law is everyone is to be fair among all and they didn't do that and there making themselves enemies of the American citizens.

  10. Well i know if ex high school linebacker threw me to ground like that, i probably wouldn't be able to move for a month😢

  11. 9:02 If a friend, a family member, ANYONE ever said something like that to law enforcement as they are violating my rights… Consider ALL TIES severed! Don’t EVER speak to me again… Even if what your were saying was true… HOW do you HELP him by speaking poorly about him to the Officers! You LITERALLY became a character witness AGAINST your friend!!

  12. You’ve gotta be dumb ass fuck if you think Murkerson was tryna make the outcome safer. He was legit tryna go against everything the cops commanded. And I should know; I don’t like doing what the cops tell me either

  13. So the cops said the cops did nothing wrong imagine that first off if the cop would've just wrote the ticket he would've been on his way but the fact that he didn't like what dude said which is right cops can't extend a stop without PC but if course as soon as backup arrived he had to show dude who's in control by going crazy he clearly turned around put his hands behind his back then the cop slammed him to the ground, choked him then tased him then tried charging him with more charges after he filed a complaint which all this is ego driven that's why the charges we're dropped and cops thinking we have shit up just because they say so is ridiculous if you don't like being spoken to that way get a new job

  14. Georgia cops are the fucking worst, locked my friend up because they were only suspicious that she was intoxicated, but without giving her any test or a breathalyzer. Now she is waiting years and having anxiety attacks because of this shit, there are good cops but there are also bad cops

  15. I think the officer was within his authority until he grabbed and started trying to throwing him to the ground without stating he was detained or under arrest.
