40. I don't understand how police training is only 5 months!! Any other career you gotta get at least 2 years of education for an entry level. But these fools can know every law, and how to deal with a broad range of characters from the public. I honestly think that this is a career that, with its salary bands, should require a degree. But in reality, some of these folks did not even graduate from high school
