  1. This is very inappropriate behavior by the P. O.
He wasn’t under any threat but clearly was short tempered and intolerant – looks like it’s perhaps prejudicial behavior … although that’s not clear.

Be patient / enjoy your day and reflect a positive / helpful demeanor toward the public as much as possible and MODEL HEALTHY BEHAVIOR AND EMOTIONS

  2. twice, very recently, while standing in line at an extremely prominent theme park, i spoke with people who barely spoke a word of english. I pulled out my phone and Google to translate from english to their language (Portuguese in one case) and we carried on conversation for an hour like that. if two random people can do that, surely PUBLIC SERVANTS can do the same.

  3. The amount of damage that can be done when you choose to use that move on a senior citizen can be devastating to them. Their bones are fragile and frail. This man was difficult, but we all have to deal with difficult people on our job. We're just not afforded the luxury of being able to bodyslam someone.

  4. Check into Oklahoma traffic laws pertaining to accidents involving drivers over the age of 65. Must sign ticket, license reevaluation mandatory. This is police brutality though!

  5. Some cops go on about what they do for you while completely fogeting about what some do TO you. So many of these cops should never have been allowed in the force.

  6. Just wait. This is only the beginning. There is zero accountability in all areas of government. We don’t have to vote anymore.🙄

  7. Why are so many officers seemingly trained to make everyone they arrest "get on the ground"? It makes no sense unless the guy was previously resisting or being violent. But this victim of the police officer was not resisting and was very calm.

  8. PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE IS JUST ANOTHER NAME FOR A PAID VACATION . THE VIDEO SHOWED EXACTLY WHEN , HOW , AND WHAT THE COP DID . HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED IMMEDIATELY . NO NEED FOR ANY FURTHER INVESTIGATION

  9. My dad is also Vietnamese and he’s 72 this year. He fought for America during the Vietnam war and escaped to the USA since 1976. He too doesn’t speak English and I can totally see this situation happening to my dad. We just can’t stay silent, could happen to anyone. Not all police are bad, but we have to remove the bad ones so they don’t tarnish the trust we place on the people we expect to protect us.

  10. So the driver that hit them she doesn't have to sign her ticket and she can leave white woman the victims are being forced to sign a ticket and being ridiculed because they're in the wrong one actually they're the ones that got hit this cop is absolutely brain-dead and extremely racist against Vietnamese

  11. The victim was not actively resisting with…or without…force…he wasn't even passively resisting…so no the violent take-down was not justified.
A 70 year old man telling him to "shut up" (which is covered by the 1st Amendment) made this police officer fear for his life so much that he commits these actions against him?

  12. This is typical Police State tyranny. Beat up an old man because he questions your authority. My mother, at 5’ tall and 100lbs and 68 years old, with a really bad back got yanked out of a car by her feet, got her head smashed on the pavement, a knee James in her bad back and her face slammed into the pavement. Why? She question a 6’2” 240lb cop. My parents live in Kentucky. Where they are at a lot of roads are narrow. So you have to pull a little to the side when a car comes the other way. This cop claimed she ran him off the road, which is impossible. Had that happened in the area they passed each other he would have gone down a giant drop.He got pissed off because she questioned him. He pulled her out of the car because she was taking too long to get out. She told him she had back surgery and wasn’t healed yet, and she was moving slow. She got her feet out of the truck door and he grabbed her by the ankles and pulled her out of the truck. Roughed her up and arrested her. My dad had to bail her out, and take her to the hospital. She had a concussion, black eye, contusions and bruises all over her and her back was the worst it’s ever been. She couldn’t walk more than 15 feet without being in excruciating pain.
