  1. I've enjoyed your channel for a while. Unfortunately this will be the last one I watch and will thumbs down any of your videos that are suggested to me. Shilling for a scammy debt "consolidation" company is absolutely shameful. These are predatory services that take advantage of ignorant people

  2. I feel like there's more in this story than it seems. Why is she so active and aggressive, if the situation doesn't concern her at all? They just want her to sit in her car so they can talk to the boys and learn what's really going on without her interfering

  3. Ms Hall should have GOTTEN OFF THE ROAD AS INSTRUCTED! She was obstructing traffic by the position of her vehicle…. She was charged properly. Further she presented a danger to herself and others by not moving off the road IMMEDIATELY. When police take control of the scene she should have left.

  4. My grade for the lawyer is a d-. I think the cops grade is more or less fair the lawyer kept making demands without regards to anyone who was actually involved and as a lawyer should know better than involve herself in an ongoing traffic accident before the police had any opportunity to ensure safety for the actual victims, and traffic. Don't get me wrong, the cops didn't handle this very well but her self important actions attempted to put her emotions ahead of the actual victims and traffic in general

  5. The officer escalated too quickly and the lady was not helping matters. She had the father's number, so she should have told him she would call him right back after she coordinated with the responding officers. "Hi, I'm a 3rd party witness who has been on the phone with the kid's father. What can I do to help?" "Thanks ma'am. If you'll move your vehicle completely out of the road for safety, please do so. If you can stay, I'll follow back up with you as I'll need any details you can provide." "Okie doke." [Moves car out of way, then calls father back, then gives officers info when they get to her.] Pretty simple, folks.

  6. @16:20 I disagree with you on the officers grade… from 2:08 to 3:08 , not only did they check on both accident victims, Karen inserted herself. They asked and told her to move her car 8 TIMES. @ 3:08, The officer said, "I will talk to him in a minute, get back in your car." She's demanding that the officer, upon initial arrival on the scene, talk to someone on the phone while also admitting to not being involved.

  7. Presumably she could have been a witness to the accident. I've had three such "good samaritan" interactions in my lifetime of driving and have not encountered any unprofessional behavior from the first responders.

Another driver and I were both commended for blocking traffic at a particularly horrendous accident in Philadelphia. Another time I opened my van to a family of very young children and their dogs in the pouring rain while awaiting first responders in Missouri. The third incident was similar. You have to live a long time to experience that many incidents, thankfully. Don't let bad policing stand in the way of your own humanity.

  8. It's amazing how this channel rarely criticize officers for escalating a situation, as they are trained to do. If cops applied this training, this situation would have had different results Clearly the officers escalated this situation due to ego.

  9. She was incredibly obnoxious. She was trying to assert superiority because she had the father on the phone.
She was asked nicely to move her car, and kept getting in the officers' faces, while making no attempt to follow the officer's direction.

This escalated quickly though, and there surely were many steps between asking her to move her car and putting her in handcuffs.

  10. What is extremely apparent in most of these interactions, is the fact that the reason given by officers to divert their intention from the circumstance to engage in another act not related to their task at hand, shows their ill intent. in this case, traffic was freely flowing, and the occupants of the accident victims should have been their primary concern, miss Hall, whether your screwed up laws allow it or not, was part of that accident scene as she was first to offer some form of assistance, which the officers involved showed no intention of giving, which in this case, make them the offenders of blocking traffic, you see, your constitution allows for any party to be assisted legally by someone of their own choice, and she was on the phone with a minors guardian regarding the welfare of a minor, this in effect will make her arrest illegal and unconstitutional.

  11. No C- for the police. Definite F. They didn’t help to minor. They didn’t get her car moved until after a tow truck arrived. They falsely arrested an innocent bystander. Used excessive force. She was abused during processing. They lied about station having cameras. The charges were dropped in pre-trial. Now they are being sued. Did I miss anything?

  12. Is a minor required or eligible to have representation in such an encounter ? If she left, how would it be possible to safely return to a place where pedestrian access is minimal ? Are the Officers allowed to interview a minor at the scene without representation ? Especially when representation is available (and may have been requested or the offer accepted) !!
