  1. you gave the officers a grade B, and then proceeded to ONLY list everything they did right, including having legal precedent to support that their charges were valid and commending their patience. You did not list anything they did wrong. I don't understand why this wouldn't be an A?

  2. Although Ms. Washington was animate that she did not want the Officer to test the Window Tint; as well as the Officer's insistence that if she did not comply with the Officer's "Lawful Command".

The Sudden Interaction – that went from Refusing the Lawful Order to the Actual Arrest… which hardly seemed to me to be "Proper". I didn't hear the Officers say for her to actually Step Out of the Car- but just YANKED Ms. Washington from the Vehicle- Pushing Ms. Washing to the Ground- Seemed Like Excessive Force to me~!

  3. I don't see why the corrections officer would be graded at B-. I mean "roll your window or lose your career" for 25 minutes? She didn't resist arrest or anything that would be a total F, but D or C- seems about right to me.

  4. This race-soldier was completely out of line. The victim was acting all dumb and confused thinking its about the car, lady its because your Black. And they live to harass Black people and make them "submit" to their commands and then threaten to basically kidnap us when we don't. How many videos have we witnessed them say "I'm the police, you have to do what I say". Notice he already stated that the back window was already illegal. Based on that alone he could have just wrote her a ticket and been on his way. This was about his white supremacist ego. And then to add an extra amount of degenerate behavior to this violation, he stuck his hand in her shirt pocket, fondled around excessively while asking is she had a boyfriend. THEN touched her breast again once he took his hand out of her breast pocket. But if your not paying close attention you wouldnt catch that. That was on purpose and SHE should've caught that. Thats why I give her an A- and not an A+. Aside from that, she stood on business and knew she didnt have to do what they tell her to do just because they say it. I would not have either. And the charges were dropped regardless so guess what, she won the war of attrition.

  5. Very much disagree with the ratings here, she deserves a solid F. She refused to comply with lawful orders, had no understanding of her rights nor the law, and wasted valuable resources. The police were polite, calm, and gave her way too much leniency. Almost 30 minutes of trying to get her to roll up her window? That sounds like "professional courtesy" to me, which really should be the only thing affecting their grade. Maybe an A- for the cops

  6. Ain’t no way he just gave this Grown Female Child a B. She disrespected her grandmother who came out to help her. If I was the Sargent as soon as she ignored her granny I would’ve put my watch back in my pocket and locked her up.
