Just released, body cam footage shows Gastonia, North Carolina police arresting a homeless veteran, suspected of panhandling in a median, and doing “this” to his dog, named Sunshine. This is brand new footage, ordered released by a judge, against the will of Gastonia law enforcement, who fought the release of the footage, supposedly to guarantee the homeless vet, Joshua Rohrer, a “fair trial.” Yeah, right. If law enforcement doesn’t want you to see it, then you probably need to see it.

Officer safety is such garbage, these idiots are scared of their own shadow they get scared just talking to ten year olds on the street. 1. That anyone would think it was reasonable, to shoot a dog that poses no immediate threat to you or others.
2. That any court, in this case District, could Dismiss such case on the grounds that it "Failed to state a Claim."

Oh good lord this video show such absolutely horrible treatment to our vets. The only person that stood up is the woman (thank goodness) The officers says she didn’t see what happened. The vet gave the police his id and they still killed the dog. I am so sorry this happened to this man. I pray he is okay.
