  1. All cops are thugs looking for any excuse to murder you. Walking on grass when there is no sidewalk is sufficient cause to harrass, assault, and murder you.

  2. In a small town, if you go after the biggest industry the cops will protect that company. It's one way that they protect and serve the community, by making sure people aren't messing with local commerce.

  3. im just binge watching ATM
but its amazing how few good cops are documented.
i guess "great cop does his job correctly" dosent get a whole lot of clicks

  4. From what I understand a "right of way" is city/county owned strip of land in between the road and privately owned property. An "easement" near a city/county maintained road is a section of privately owned property (though it can be at the back of the property instead of alongside a road) that has the qualities of an "express" easment for utility company infrastructure, signs etc. At least that is how right of ways and easements seem to be defined in my county.

As an example showcasing these definitions there is ~20 feet of land between the street and the beginning of private property lines on county roads that is explicitly owned by the county, but is usable to construct a private driveway on as long as you can get a building permit. These rights of way are commonly used for road and local city drainage-ways. I don't know if that is how it works everywhere in my state though.
