  1. Are you embedding commercials in your content? I pay a Youtube premium to avoid them. Please let me know before I subscribe, like or recommend. Thank you.

  2. Why is it that these agencies are still doing this? Even if they don’t watch these 1st Amendment Auditors and viral videos of bad behavior, don’t their kids warn them? I don’t get why this continues to happen over and over again.

  3. Doesn't an unlawful arrest mean an illegal arrest so the supervisor and everyone involved agreed that the officer did something unlawful… That just means illegal in a softer term.. so why didn't they arrest the officer for breaking the law?

  4. One of those times where insisting on your rights just makes more of a hassle. Even if he isn't legally required to hand over ID, why not just do it voluntarily? Sure you showed you're right and the officer is wrong, but it's really not worth it.

  5. this guy is a g, as soon as he said qualified immunitty is gone his bitch ass partner tries to save him, its insane that cops get this immunity but citizens are only able to stand a chance agasint ignorant police if they know the law well

  6. Like the videos very much, just feels very frustrating to know there are people out there who wear badges and get away with behaving this way. On the other hand I don’t appreciate citizens speaking to officers the way they do. There’s no reason to curse and say things like “shut up “ or whatever pops into their heads. Police do deserve respect in speech and the spirit of what they do. True-we need federal laws (wait…don’t we have federal laws that say officers must have a thorough understanding of rights they defend and keep?)
We need the police to be better educated and stop hiring people who are insecure and feel power behind the badge. It’s a huge responsibility and we aren’t hiring the right people.

  7. The police officers job isn't as dangerous as you are told police officers danger level of their job was rated as the same a clothes saleman a long haul truck driver has a highly dangerous job about 10 times more dangerous than a police officers. So the danger level police claim is all a big lie.

  8. I feel he still needs to give his driver’s license to know he ain’t committing GTA.

I mean, the cops still can’t search his car or arrest him for refusing identification….

  9. Is that the same kid who had a call about having booze in his dorm room?

Edit: Asked before reading the comments again sigh anyway, kid is remarkable. He should certainly think about a career as a civil rights lawyer.

  10. Second time on YouTube this guy was minding his business, gets harassed and make these cops look like idiots. I'll be here waiting for part 3.

  11. Wow!! The arresting deputy just showed how big of an ego he has 😮 and, after given the chance to apologize to Mr. Martinez,he still couldn't bruise his big ego !! Let's hope Mr. Martinez takes ALL legal actions against the deputy and all those who are involved !!!
