How do police still get this happening in this day and age? A schoolfriend I knew became a cop. He was one of the most psychopathic guys I ever knew. He would literally beat arestees up and laugh about it, but never got prosecuted because "his safety" was more important

What these named/shamed cops now face due to their idiocies. Public Accountability and Social Consequences.
Public Disapproval: Facing disapproval and disgust from community members in public spaces, such as markets, parks and social gatherings etc.
Trust Issues: Experiencing distrust in services they use, such as restaurants, fast food services, mechanics potentially leading to higher costs and/or poorer service.
Vandalism: Becoming targets for troubled youth who might feel justified in vandalizing their property.
Social Isolation: Witnessing friends and acquaintances naturally distancing themselves due to the negative attention and behavior surrounding them.
They surely deserve all the above.
