  1. What a complete waste of manpower over a complete nothing. Unless this Jeep was just involved in a hit and run or police chase what does it matter to anyone that its in their own driveway running? They invade the property and home and hancuff people for absolutely no probable cause?

  2. They didn't have to say anything to them beyond when the owner came from around back and addressed it. They legally had the right to go to the front door with a big ass "K BYEEEEEE" and lock and slam all in 1 fluid motion. E even in cases where someone has called for a check to be done on another person having a possible mental health crisis.;they say" we just need you to open the door and let us see that you're OK." That's not true. If person declines, their voice has been verified so there's proof of life and if there's social posts showing person is talking about suicide or pics of self harm, they still can't enter without consent or even touch, block, impede persons travel or persons right to restrict theirs ie closing front door. Only once they've witnessed, in real time, attempt to self harm can they enter but have to have direct communication with next of kin to lawfully obtain consent for 72 hr hold. Person should be offered an officer with crisis training to speak with, hospital and Dr's called. Really seems, in my own opinion, that Policing" is 10% at best, about the protection and service of others, and 90+% more like the officers drug and we are the heroine. The brain is the most important thing and we've done the least amount of research in it than any other organ? And when your addiction almost never sends someone to prison?! Well, you'll put in the work for that Dopamine dump(fix) because your brain craves it!! #somuchtolearn #solittletime

  3. The cops are awful here, but the way these guys were talking to the woman was definitely sketchy. The first guy's "I still run this house" and the second guy ordering her to go back in the house just felt…weird

  4. What criminal charges? The police seem to be the criminals here. This is some messed up stuff. You can't leave your own car running in your own driveway without the cops showing up to manhandle you and arrest you on false charges? Wow 😢
    I hope those people sued.

  5. In every video where you see cops grabbing people at their homes for no reason you see them grabbing them and pulling them out into the yard they think if they pull them out into the yard then it's fair game they can do whatever because they're outside.

  6. Seems to me that the homeowners would be legally allowed to defend themselves with firearms while being attacked on their own property.

  7. This was such an obscene violation of their rights. They were basically on a wellness check. The violations just snowballed from there. The woman was clearly ok and there was no mention that the Jeep matched the description of a vehicle wanted in an active ongoing case. After their first violation of the constitutional rights, even if they discovered a meth lab on the premises it would be poisoned fruit and inadmissible in court. They are also liable for physical assault which turns this civil tort into a criminal case.

My father was a police officer. They were trained in non violent intervention. The demands they made caused any reactions these people expressed. If the police respected their constitutional rights and tried talking to them calmly it would have completely defused the situation.

I completely understand the rightful fear of police, that anyone who isn't a male WASP feels in this day and age, especially the way these 2 were acting.

I'm not blaming the victim, in the slightest. But I believe it's important to speak to police as respectfully and calmly as you can. It's possible that the angry aggressive order he made to the officer may have triggered that officer. Or the officer may just have been a complete failure as an officer.

I hope suits have been filed against the 2 officers and criminal charges laid against the officers.

I really wish the part three was made and released. I checked your page and couldn't find anything.

  8. Then they wonder why they are not liked . A few bad apples do spoil the whole the bunch they will NEVER have a relationship with the community because they keep hiring people who either don’t learn at the academy or this is what they are being taught either way IT DOESN’T WORK! So there will continue to be lawsuits and friction with the police.

  9. This type of abuse will continue until "qualified immunity" is changed. Currently, it remains the doctrine of the courts that plaintiffs bringing a §1983 claim must first show that the public official's actions were very similar to a previous case in which qualified immunity was waived. Attorneys understand this fact, but most regular folks don't. Until that doctrine is changed, police academies will continue to focus their training on officer safety and use-of-force. The subject of protecting civil liberties will only get an honorable mention. This leaves the door wide open for the abuse to continue.

  10. Given how bad the US educational system is, are you really shocked we get police like this, it not all police, but some, I'm guessing lawsuits are coming, maybe the US Government should create a police app, so that police know what they can and can't do, police breaking laws should never happen and those that do, should lose the privilege of even wearing the badge again

  11. Wow you do a lot. But more updates would be Kool like this particular episode. Hoping looking forward to a update 💥💥🍔🍻🐿️

  12. Cops don't give f**k about our constitutional right. 70% police are only made of 🍆heads. There is a saying in our Punjab that both friendship and enmity with the police are bad😂😂

  13. If i saw this happening and i had a weapon i swear to god i would be on the news, i cant stand how aggressive and abusive these cops were. They are truly the enemy of mankind

  14. This is a result of defunding the police. Qualified officers are not going to risk their lives for a minimal pay. Yet the demand for officers is still there. So in effect, the department has to lower qualifications so they can fill the demand. As a result, you get unqualified knuckleheads wearing badges and carrying gun with no unferstanding of law.

  15. Wow these dudes were crying like little girls.

    Great wellness check.

This public pretender in this video needs to do his job and get off YouTube.

  16. You could have all 9 members of the SCotUS standing on the lawn advising the officers to stop and the tyrants would continue to kidnap these people because their egos were hurt.

  17. One consistent thought I have when seeing these videos is that soooo many cops have nothing to do. So they escalate situations into unlawful arrests or worse. There are plenty of actual crimes happening all the time. Why don't they go look for those?

  18. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Those 🐖🐷🐽 had NO RIGHT to even knock on their door about their own car in their own driveway running. What if they were working on it and it needs to run for a while? I call BS!! They didn't get a call they just barged in because the car was rubbing and the door open they need to SUE TF OUT OF THAT POLICE DEPT! They're CORRUPT POFS!! 😡🤬😡🤬
