  1. If the detective believes he has the right to be there, why is he tip-toeing around the window? If he is there, legally, then he doesn't have to hide his presence. And that is a detective, not a beat cop, there's no way a lost airpod report got accepted, processed and assigned to a detective, had him coordinate with police reports, investigate and then arrive on scene with so many cops. Doesn't happen.

  2. Knock and talk happend to me and sure enough took 3hrs for a warrant etc they had already searched confiscated cigars claiming evidence smoked em my legal poket knife it was crooked all the way but the sheriff at the time was notorious for holding grudges and other offenses

  4. Nice dig at the end about cops also subscribing.

I really appreciate that you take the time out of your busy schedule to educate those of us that have limited knowledge of the law and our rights. Everyone without law education should be watching your videos.

  5. Iam going to assume the man was a scammer looking to break in. And coos were hunting him. Air pods was not what hey were looking for.

  6. Serious question here. So officers enter property with😢a warrant and shoot the family dog. Is this justified? The reason I ask this is because it happened. In this story officers are in HOT PURSUIT IF EAR BUDS? Please someone explain how officers can conduct a search, the crime?

  7. What people don't know that is aie pods is somehow above the law. So if someone tracks them you lose all Constitutional rights. Just saying accordingly to police. Sorry, my sarcasm took over for a minute.
