Cops Enter Private Property and Demand ID For Imaginary Crime – Everything Law and Order Blog

In the early morning hours of October 12, 2021, Corey Jones got up early to work on some property improvements at his home, clearing brush around his acreage. He got out there early because he had to take his kids to school. Since it was still dark out, he used a headlamp. Unbeknownst to him at the time, the horse-owning Karen next door called 911 on him, complaining that she saw a guy in the woods on her neighbor’s property.

She did this despite the fact that she had no idea who her neighbor was. Officers from the Pope County, Arkansas, Sherriff’s Department arrive, listen to her explanation, and then trespass onto Corey’s property, confronting him, and then arresting him. Everything that happens here is outrageous. But also instructive.

Corey is a subscriber to my channel, and has graciously allowed me to share what happened. Let’s begin with the initial Karen-call….

  1. I demand your name and address!!!
This is so ridiculous! If he did give the correct name and address, it still doesn’t prove anything that will help these officers!

  2. john i back you, -this channel, i hate cops and their corrupt system – but this guy wanted this!! i'm not going to cont because maybe this is one way everyone wants to combat these tyrants, so maybe i'm the stupid one' i'll sign off and keep my eyes an ears open and mouth shut. tku bud..

  3. Supercop believes one person’s word about property owners but not the other. He contradicted himself saying “I’m just supposed to believe you?” He took Karen’s word without proof. Imagine this being the first experience of your neighbor.

  4. The correct challenge by the police should be " excuse me sir ", not "COME HERE!"
SHE was out at exactly the same time, doing the same thing that he was, looking after HER property.
SHE should have been charged with wasting police time.

  5. At what point can a land owner/home owner defend himself on his property. People like this cop would probably get shot trespassing on someone’s property around where I live……I thought a warrant was required to enter someone’s property. I just think vigilante justice might be the answer. Having arrest powers, carrying a gun and trespassing is simply wrong and it’s entirely possible that this license would not have lister that address. I Own many properties and only one is on my license and the cop would have identified himself or been in great danger. Property owners will defend their property with deadly force when two thugs walk up in the owners woods and there are no police lights that I saw and they would no say who they are. I feel like I’m the king of my castle and they were not invited and didn’t confirm who they were but lied about it all.

I hope appeals to the highest court in the land.
