  1. If it takes a civil lawsuit to establish your rights, and in the meantime you've been assaulted and put through the system, and paid thousands in legal fees, then it needn't be said that you HAVE no rights. Period.

  2. This is terrifying.. it could be any of us. How is it these cops aren’t fired immediately ? I’m speechless and it’s pretty sad that now when you need help the last people you want to call is the police!

  3. Payton v. New York (1980): The U.S. Supreme Court held that the Fourth Amendment prohibits police from entering a home without a warrant, consent, or exigent circumstances.
Kentucky v. King (2011): Exigent circumstances may justify warrantless entry to prevent the destruction of evidence or if police are in hot pursuit of a fleeing suspect.

  4. Thanks love ur work my right been violated since the 70s people forget about constitutional rights they forget about Americans going to war to preserve our constitutional rights it's good to see somethings are changing but not fast enough

  5. I live in utah. Idk how to describe tge state of tyrrany better tgan the fact the first hate crime passed by tgecstate house was to protect the feelings of police when citezens make 1A right statements the cops take personally and say it made tgem.feel bad 😢😅

  6. Prosecutors are routinely presented with evidence that proves police are falsifying police reports. Yet they take no action. They're convinced enough by video evidence to drop all charges in spite of the fact that based on the police report they would file the charges. That is evidence enough of falsifying police reports.

  7. This is why it's extremely important. You do not avoid jury duty. You must stand and protect our fellow citizens from police like this. Understand police are liars and fabricators when they are presenting evidence against your fellow citizen. Understand during civil rights lawsuits that it takes big payouts to send a message.

  8. Cops really need to have IQ and personality testing before entering training. Then before being give a badge and a gun they should pass a function and practical test on law, concentrating on the basics of constitutional law. Then there should be periodic career reviews.

  9. When a police officer shuts off his body cam, In the middle of dealing with an arrestee, I believe that to be the destruction of evidence and I think the cops should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and thrown in prison for a very, very long time

  10. I wonder if they even addressed the reason why they were called there to begin with. Did their focus just 100% shift to dealing with this innocent lady? Wouldn’t surprise me and would be especially egregious since they were informed that a child was involved
