  1. Details: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2024/12/31/cops-find-missing-veteran-with-alzheimers-then-punch-him-unconscious/
George Henderson spent 29 years serving in the military with 6 overseas deployments. He retired in 2018 after his head injuries and PTSD began to worsen. He was then diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, which led to him going missing on December 6. The State of Tennessee issued a Silver Alert. Mr. Henderson was located a day later, 10 miles away, in nearby Guthrie, Kentucky. Unfortunately, when that happened, a Guthrie police officer punched him unconscious. They have circled their law enforcement wagons, claim no wrongdoing, and apparently continue to prosecute this American hero.

  2. Trump is going to give them immunity to do this to innocent people. I love trump but he is stone cold wrong on this. He doesn’t live in our world and people forget this just because he puts on a show and says he loves god. He is wrong

  3. What in the heck is wrong with police ? I cringe every-time I hear someone refer to them as “peace officers” They are anything but peace. They are improperly trained and a common theme is them upholding department POLICY! Excuse me ? It’s time to redraft policies to be more constitutional, how did that get distorted ? ! one day I will watch all of your videos (watched quite a few already 😅) it seems like police are only trained in policies and if anything is going to change the way they approach civilians it is reframing their policies ! I have quite a few horror stories with the police ! Had I known more I’d have won a few lawsuits, honestly.

  4. So the officer acted within"Policy" in accordance with his "training". So basically what the police chief is saying is their police are "trained" to carry out their "policy" to brutally assault dementia patients, dream up false charges, to feed the Industrial incarceration complex with more money making victims. Do they have dementia wards in their jails? Exactly how much in kickbacks do police departments and prosecutors get from the IIC?

  5. Violence is all they know. They are trained to react to every situation with the most violence they can bring forth at the time. They get off on it. Any time they have an excuse to attack someone they will. Clearly this man was displaying age related cognitive issues, that was clear to see. He just wanted to beat someone’s ass and that’s what he did and what they all do. They turn every situation they can into violence and they wonder why the police have a worse reputation than violent gangs do. Most street gangs won’t beat up old men, children, or women. The police don’t discriminate, they will attack anybody, they don’t care. I’d call ms13 before I’d call the police.

  6. My mother died as a result of alzheimers so this hits home for me. The fact that this man is a veteran makes this that much worse. This is just unacceptable. The way tyrants disguised as officers of the law treated this man is inexcusable. Will the officer pay a price for this? Unlikely but we will see
