These cops are obviously used to violating citizens rights because so many citizens don't know their rights. This should have been a Monell claim for the PD allowing these deliberate violations.

Hmmm with deeper thought I am not sure I can be happy with the result. They settle for money and gave these crooked cops and station the right to admit no wrong doing and agreed to not speak ill about it. They essentially sold out instead of helping to fix an issue.
