  1. I see many of these videos and they all have one thing in common – the cops do not and will not listen to the person they are encountering. If they would just shut up and pay attention to what they are being told, the explanation of the citizens actions, then maybe a lot of this escalation could be avoided.

  2. I'm sure that it's a hire requirement of police departments to have a negative IQ. I believe he combined IQ of any department nationwide can't be more than 60.

  3. We are trying to figure it out What a dummy!!! The good old If we identify you it will prove a crime/ God they are so dumb. It is the classic when they have starterted down a path and can't back up.

  4. Asking “is that a lawful order” is pointless, they will ALWAYS say “yes”. It’s better to ask what Law allows them to make that order.

  5. A “c” wtf crack you smoking its always a “f” if they violate rights and do a terry stop. No excuse do better audit the audit.

  6. These cops are morons and don't know the law. A C grade makes no sense, he did nothing wrong. They forced him to comply with an unlawful order. How they didn't file a complaint is beyond me.

  7. See this is the bs that u always spew. Facts these gentlemen committed no crime. These cops knowingly violated their rights and should be suspended without pay for at the very least a month and demoted.furthermore they should never be allowed to testify against anyone, because they’ve proved themselves liars.

  8. 13:15 The auditors' behavior of turning around in the warden's drive-way, which was not in dispute, combined with their stated intent to avoid the checkpoint, and with the context of the recent prison riot, absolutely provided reasonable articulable suspicion to justify a Terry stop for the offense of prowling, according to the definition shown. Nor was the officer unnecessarily aggressive; rather, he entertained the auditors' challenges and engaged in a discussion to a degree that others would not have. He deserved a better grade than a C.
This highlights the imperative for auditors to actually be familiar with the relevant laws in any encounter that they knowingly provoke. These guys do not make good ambassadors for the cause.

  9. The stupidest so-called authority and has a tin star saying Sargeant and AGAIN the bigest moronic foor on the stop. Keep promoting these morons so they can make law enforcement look stupid all over the country. WTF.

  10. He asserted his rights, but that did not help him. That police pig got his ID and obviously checked for any warrants. The pig 🐖 wanted to arrest him

  11. I do agree with almost all of what u said, but if an officer doesn't have expectation to stop you then how does he know that you have committed a crime or are a suspect in any kind of crime. Just because an officer doesn't know what you were doing or why you are there, does not justify a stop.

  12. Did that cop say yes, it’s articulable reasonable suspicious.. or am I crazy? It sounds like he thinks R.A.S is a crime you can stop people for 😂

  13. Shouldn't a C grade mean the average cop? How does a cop that violates someone's rights and displays a clear disdain for the public deserve a C? The average cop should be much better than those tyrants.
