  1. If these officers are having this much trouble with a lady who is 80 years old or whatever that weighs 80 pounds they have no business being police officers what would this guy actually do if he actually met somebody that could dish it out imagine he wouldn’t be able to do shit

  2. The fact is probably that this lady doesn't really know what is happening with the lawsuit, but I'm glad that there are advocates somewhere who noticed that she had been severely mistreated.

  3. Yeah no yeah. Hopp got 5 years in prison and good ol daria got time to. Only 45 days but I feel good. It's like politicians. I just really like seeing police sentences to prison time. Good luck on that sweethearts. And all of this coming from a guy that supports the police.

  4. What kind of stupid law in Colorado that you can be arrested for resisting arrest, even when found innocent of the charges brought against you? That’s like the cops can kill you for buying a slurpee and say they resisted. That’s insane!

  5. USA Should demand that Police school is 3 years Masters Degree with final Exam held twice a year where you must score 75% on A and B sections and failing either one would require you to retake the exam before you can become police. Then every current police should be demanded to pass the exam within next 5 years. If you are found to brake the law as Police you should be forced to take the Exam before you can continue working as Police minimum. That way we can punish Police by at least forcing them to retake the exam and they could not work without doing so.

  6. they resigned and probably got a better job in another municipality they need to start losing their certifications as well as the job then this'll stop also take from their pension funds for their screwups why do the people who they abuse pay for their atrocities 😊

  7. I need representation. The L.B. police took me to jail for not having plates on my car that was impounded. Told me i didn't listen, that's why I was taken to jail then they said it was resisting arrest.

  8. Am i fired of course you are and some jail time may be in your future you guys are bullys and you need to be put in your place police think that badge gives them the right to treat people anyway that they want to and this is the reason they fail as police officers they let the power consume them and they sometimes pay a heavy price well Walmart may be hiring, but I think walmart standards are too high for these dummies the citizens have more power than the police the cops just don't know this yet.

  9. For anyone wanting an update, Mrs. Garner has now passed as of Nov 27, 2023 from complications due to dementia.

Hopp was sentenced to 5yrs in prison. Jalali received 45 days in jail followed by 3 yrs probation.
