  1. This is bad. Imagine someone's career being ruined because marijuana was planted in the car and was convicted of possession.
    I wonder how many times those guys used that same bag of pot to frame someone.

  2. This past winter, I notice both my license plats lights were out, I ordered a couple bulbs from Amazon, once I got them and installed, I notice they were a blueish color. West Virginia law states you cannot have any blue lights on your vehicle, I looked at the lights, they were just a faint blue, I figure 99 out of 100 LEO would let it go, but no, I removed them, sent them back to Amazon and got white lights. My thoughts is this never give the police any reason to pull you over. Even at that, you will still be lucky.

  3. The state of Virginia just changed their law that the smell of weed is no longer probable cause to search someone’s car! They said that it’s now conceivable that people can pick up the smell of weed in public bc it’s decriminalized in VA. It’s a big win but it’s still happening all over the country. It’s sad and a huge violation
