This is the state where a very stupid officer put a person handcuffed in the back of a police car and left the car on railroad tracks so a train could hit the car. The more I see of Colorado police, the more I am convinced they don't have a decent cop in the state. They are thugs who like to hurt people, and pay little attention to the law.
