  1. First thing they said after being asked if they had a warrant is. No but were gonna get one. Listen its hard to hear. This is all fruit of a poisionous tree. And amendment violations. 500 million dollar law suit. Shut them down so they dont do it no more

  2. You know what I wish more than anything is for you to spend a couple of bucks to hire people to re-create a lawful warrant and also what would constitute a reasonable situation where people could say hey by the way, not allowed

  3. The cops bashed in my apartment handcuffed me no warrant for me or my house held me there took my phone and all possessions while they waited for a warrant. I went to jail and they took my kids for 10 months and my kids were sexually assaulted physically abused and starved in cps custody. When I tried to enter the courtroom for a hearing to get my kids back CPS would not allow me to enter and said I couldn't attend the hearing unless I promised not to tell the judge what was happening to my kids in their custody. As soon as the judge said I could speak I told him what my sons had told me and I got my kids back finished jumping through their hoops in order to keep my kids and finished probation and moved 10 hours away.

  4. it never gets old. cop: "respectfully you shut the {—-} up." and this is why cops get's harmed, whether it by any means. i have been in certain situations where i should of been more informed with the law and our Constitutional rights, and thats on me.

  5. The video never gave an answer to whether or not it is illegal to detain someone on their property without a warrant. If I don't want to talk to a cop, I want to know if I can disobey a lawful command on my front yard to stop walking to my home regardless of potential probable cause.
