  1. "We understand that there are individuals that 'FEEL' that they have individual rights" WTF!!!!! Feel I have rights? I have rights idiots!!!!

  2. I love how the judge said she was right to arrest him, yet when judges, cops, and DA's get pulled over they fight it all the way. Total BS.

  3. I love how that piggy with the sideburns leans on the safety again. How is running his name going to stop him from hurting her? And know they all love to call anyone that excercises their constitutional rights a sovereign citizen.

  4. How can these cops always get this so completely wrong. They don't have the right to violate your Constitutionally Protected Civil Rights just because they are butt hurt. That's called retaliation because the cops are butt hurt.

  5. You are NAZI's. You act like the Gestapo, so expect to be called NAZI's. Get your frigging egos in check. That "Clown Uniform", Badges and Guns does not give you the authority to do whatever you want.

The only people who broke any laws here all wore badges and every one of them should go to Jail, PERIOD!

  6. Why does police safety outrank citizens’ safety—from the police? “
“To say… is an issue.” — No. It isn’t. It s a first Amendment protected right.

  7. So cops pull out your three-ring binder with the applicable statute and show it to the citizen. The problem is the cop is resorting to their own memory of the law. I do think people should look at FS 901.151. "(1) This section may be known and cited as the “Florida Stop and Frisk Law.”

    (2) Whenever any law enforcement officer of this state encounters any person under circumstances which reasonably indicate that such person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a violation of the criminal laws of this state or the criminal ordinances of any municipality or county, the officer may temporarily detain such person for the purpose of ascertaining the identity of the person temporarily detained and the circumstances surrounding the person’s presence abroad which led the officer to believe that the person had committed, was committing, or was about to commit a criminal offense."

Maybe a more reasonable officer, once determining the young ladies were not with the man against their consent or otherwise, might have let the "ascertaining the identity" part go. I'm not sure what the procedure is for determining if Stockholm syndrome is at work. I suppose that could take awhile. Maybe the legislature could flip the sequence of action in the text, because the cops seem to take it as do the ID first. The FS doesn't say ID needs to be done first but implies it.

Again, when the cop has the taser and the gun and the backups coming, they will prevail in the moment as to what is reasonable. The door they hopefully are leaving open is you can ID, say your name and birthday if nothing else, and justify your way into a warning or release.

  8. Ya it's all those charges on them cops but she probably got a promotion they will arrest you in Florida for no crime and they are never held to accountable for there crimes

  9. Can’t be out here in Florida in a bathing suit, that’s for Colorado. That’s crazy!!! Why do they keep calling informed citizens (sovereign citizens)? Why do they all contradict themselves saying “you have the right to not speak but you’ll go to jail?

  10. 1:00 in and she admits point blank, "if you chose to use your right you end up in jail". This is called a tyranical standing army and we were warned about it and told its our DUTY to end it AND how. Time to stand up ppl

  11. Give them the effing ID and your name. Then invoke the 5th and STFU. Force the cops to either continue talking and berating you and wasting everyone's time or actually charge and arrest you. Give them the ID and your name. That cannot be used in a court of law against you. I look at it this way, if they order me to do some physical action, like sit down, get out of my car. roll over, fetch, I'll do it. But, I'm NOT engaging them in any kind of verbal back and forth. Not one single solitary word, except "lawyer". After the party is over, then contact an attorney to see if your rights were violated and what can be done about it. And don't be a jerk. Besides just being courteous, remember, this will on the internet somewhere. And your behaviour compared to the cops will be judged by the public and maybe in a courtroom. If you're polite and STFU5th you WILL come out smelling like a rose. And THAT is the most important thing…appearance…Appearances are EVERYTHING and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Sometimes, diplomacy, courtesy, silence (golden) and kindness goes a much longer distance than "exercising your rights". My mom used to say "You'll catch a lot more flies with honey than with vinegar". I used to think, "Hmmm, why would I want to catch flies"? And always remember these two saying "He who laughs last laughs best" and "Revenge is a dish to be served cold". You will be on the internet.

  12. That lady cop needs to be fired, for whatever reason almost every female cop acts exactly like this and shouldn't remain cops. Idk why police safety is a part of their concern, they're the ones with guns and the ones that agreed to go into dangerous situations

  13. Some cops like this are power hungry, they sometimes make up their own rules! She could not stand it that the guy refused her command 2 give up his I.D.?

  14. She says she’s going to do what she has to do to make sure he goes home tonight. Then proceeds to take him to jail.

  15. Hopefully the cops there (and nationwide) have learned something from this insane encounter in which cops clearly violated the constitution.

  16. The cop that describes the group of individuals that feel as if they do not have to abide by the law, he is speaking of himself and his fellow officers.

  17. How is this happening all over the U.S. all the time. Why are they not taught the law?! F'n twilight zone! Cops should have to study the constitution!
