  1. I lived in California for about 12 years or so. I was in Humboldt County. I moved there to get away from the scumbag cops in New Jersey, only to find as bad, or worse there. It was really insane! The police in California are ridiculous. They don’t have the money for real training, so they get a hippie version at their local county college. That’s why they keep repeating the same shit over and over again. They literally have no clue what to say or do.
Their California positive vibe optimism was impressive as they spoke to a dying man and told him to “Speak Up”. The whole time, all they were concerned about was what they were going to charge him with. The man literally begging for help, and not one would even try to sit him up straight. They knew they fucked up.
The guy with the chronic cough is such a typical California moron. Uneducated, obnoxious, aggressive, ignorant, and arrogant. What’s the deal with that chronic cough?
I feel very fortunate to have gotten the hell out of California. What a nightmare.

  2. The cop who can’t stop coughing throughout this situation is the one who is most guilty of murder. Part of the problem is cops like these wearing military style tactical vests. They get this “we’re at war, and it’s us against them” kind of mentality.

  3. What a bunch of mindless idiots!! You can tell that one cop is the problem. How many times are they going to repeat the word “relax”? Who teaches police to repeat that over and over again? The other bullshit phrase is “what’s going on today?” Suddenly, relax and what’s going on, have become the police buzz words. Then, after smashing his head into concrete, they actually have to ask where he’s hurt. It’s like they really don’t have a brain. What it really is is the state, or condition of their brains after being subjected to military, and, or police training. They seriously do suffer brain damage. Their brain is locked into base consciousness, known as the “R Complex”. The “reptilian” brain. This is a real thing. You can look it up.

  4. They dropped this poor guy with all his weight and momentum on his head and then kept saying “you’re fine” “chill out” and the entire time he’s saying help me please sit me up displaying complete and total distress.
