  1. I just have to say do some of these police departments install their own equipment? So many if the videos you can here the vehicles alternator cranking thru the equipment (The background buzzing). As someone who has installed this equipment when you hear that it is because the electronics are not installed properly and yes it will damage the equipment over time. It’s feedback. Will it damage the car, most likely not, but it shows a power problem that could damage all electronics in that chain. Radio, computer, lights & sirens, anything installed after the dirty power signal.

  2. Once this obviously, elderly man, was out of his vehicle, the officers were to, according to the use of force continuum ladder, deescalate the situation. Gently take the elderly gent into custody if not for his own safety at that point. But no. The officer jumped several rungs and tackled him like it was super bowl Sunday.
