Thanks for joining us! Do you think that Officer Marshall should have arrested Mr. Miller on the scene?
This officer was useless. He barely wanted to hear what she had to say. She was basically kidnapped when he Blocked her from leaving and the officer did nothing from preventing him ever doing it again.
The man comitting the crime wants to fill out a police report.
Ohh settle down – your acting as if he made an arrest and took her back to his make shift jail, instead of parking in front of her in his car. Your claim that the driver retained an attorny to get justice (your words) is total BS everyone knows why she hired an attorney. In your other videos you seem to advocate for common sense policing, here is a perfect example of it and you dont like it
What Indiana Code comes under 'Everything is everything'?
These titles are such clickbait nonsense.
Cops REFUSE to arrest for harassment….later in the video…there was no police misconduct. Moronic.
You are way off base here. When someone wants to press charges, an officer may file with the DA for a determination which he did. It is not unprofessional to do that. This is completely normal and it is reviewed by the DA and the DA makes a decision. This was not an informational report that went no where. Its going to be reviewed by the DA whether you make a custodial arrest or not, and it would have been a waste of time to arrest someone that is not an ongoing public threat. You assume way too much and you don't always know what you are talking about regardless of what you think.
I agree with Officer Marshall. He acted appropriately and de-escalated the situation. Your position that the officer should made a felony arrest for such nonsense is overreacting in THIS situation. Filling the legal system with such nonsense is a waste of public resources
“Everything is everything.” Wow is that a bullshit statement if I’ve ever heard one.
I have a long driveway. I've asked all the delivery companies not to come up the mountain to my house. They unintentionally pit out the road etc. I do provide a place at the entrance for them to put the packages. If you don't want delivery trucks on your driveway, don't get things that have to be delivered.
If she was speeding on his property she gets an F-
What does the home owner have radar or get certified in speed counting
That poor girl should be armed with at least pepper spray.
Damn, who pissed in this officer’s Cheerios
It’s unclear why he didn’t arrest the guy with clear evidence of a crime? I thought it was very clear why the white cop didn’t arrest the white man for criminally confining and intimidating a black female. Very very clear 😢
We all know why he wasn’t arrested
I am not sure about the other two, not far enough to hear both accounts. But this cop seems kind of an asshole and rude. Like he has no patience and rather be sitting somewhere pretending to work. Racing all the way over there? This cop is out of breath from walking a couple feet.
I'd like to see how fast he drives down his 1/2 mile driveway, when nobody is watching!!
I mean that's a straight up arrestable offense, that's false imprisonment and detainment, he's a citizen
If the owner complains about the delivery person, it may happen that in the future his packages will only be delivered to the edge of his property, regardless of whether he has a post box there or not.
Local butthead pissed off much of community, by putting big rocks for speed bumps, that he thought that over 15 mph raising too much dust.
There is just a lot of dust, however fast anyone goes
