  1. This is hard to tell everything that transpired. It is appropriate for viewers to want more before deciding. There are questions that need answering about the suspects behavior, criminal history, warrant status and if he presented some unknown risk to officers or the public. It is not clear in this video. Also, do not take ANY lawyer's word for anything, prosecutor or defense attorney. BOTH have a dog (potentially) in this fight. It was a wet day and it could the car lost traction. But in every high-anxiety situation,
reflexes are affected as are perceived
distances, rate of speed and rate of
closure. Add to that, the suspect
might have slipped or failed to dodge
the car when he changed direction at the last secod. Remember, this guy was in full flight AWAY from pursuing
    officers for some unknown reason.

  2. The elephant in the room they didn’t charge the officer who killed the 17 year old because they know white people won’t burn a city down for police killing civilians but they positively know black people will burn a city to the ground.

  3. Its politics. One kid is black and the other is white. Its the bull shit divisive nonsense that has been going on since the beginning of time. Our government in a whole is current beyond repair. Its up to us to make the necessary changers now.

  4. I don't get the potential “involuntarily manslaughter” for the first one. That would imply that he didn't know that ramming someone into a brick wall with a car could kill them.

Speaking of involuntary manslaughter. Is that not reserved for “accidents” like “accidentally” running over someone in a parking lot?

  5. I am an avid watcher of your program and agree about fifty percent as to what you have to say.Legally or not you. However, you're missing one more important detail between these two cases. Can you tell me what that detail is?

  6. And we all know that they're doing it for a show that they're bringing up these charges but you watch like all the other times they'll find him totally innocent the corruption of justice system I'll just do the show so they said that they put their Court he'll probably have him do a investigation on himself and he'll find himself clear

  7. These kids put many peoples lives in danger when they decided to go on a high speed pursuit around town instead of just pulling over for the police. They could've easily killed pedestrians and innocent bystanders. Their actions caused all this. Act like a criminal and u might get dealt with like a criminal .

  8. And people are afraid of firearms rather than a tyrannical government whose agents murder people. Premeditation of bodily harm constitutes murder, knowing beforehand the disproportionate force of a vehicle against a fleeing suspect on foot.

  9. @10.00 bull, you can see the vehicle climb over the males body, he never got bumped by the vehicle, he went under the tyres of the vehicle, meaning he was run over as proven by the police video.

  10. Why are we still allowing biased prosecutors to make these types of charging decisions? That charging decision should have been made by an independent prosecutor outside of that county. Clearly that prosecutor is protecting the police officer and unfortunately gives two shits about that kids life.
