  1. Now what happens if that person started blasting intruders who kicked her door in and they were in fear of their life. Would she have been charged?

  2. This sh*t needs to stop. How in the absolute f*ck does going to the wrong address or wrong building still happen? There is zero excuse for it. Whoever is a part of the entire situation needs to be held liable, not just “Oops, sorry”

  3. Seattle has gone to " heck in a hand basket " I grew up in this city.
I left there several years ago, but still have friends and family there.
The Police Department "..marches to the beat of it's own drum ."

  4. So, basically. police can bust into your home or apartmenent at ANY TIME, USING ANY LEVEL OF FORCE, FOR ANY REASON. . . and suffer no reprocussions?

What is the point of having attornies? What is the point of having laws to supposedly correct the matter, IF THE COURT always finds for the police? Why even bother?

  5. When the two cops come in from the exterior stairwell, why does the other cop haver her pinned in a corner.
Then they explain "we thought you were the victim"
Why!? Are the pinning a potential victim in a corner??

  6. Seriously, why are so many Officers on the force that can not read a simple address my goodness. They make all the excuses they want but the fact is they went to the WRONG ADDRESS! All those brains and not one of them got it right

  7. How do you expect a 5 year old child to make a reasonable decision about anything much more than whether to go play or not and I think these cops have about the same IQ and the same as a 5-year-old child so how do you expect a 5 year old child to make a reasonable decision about anything other than maybe to go play or sit and watch TV because I think the cops have the same IQ

  8. I feel bad for the cops in this one. They were trying to save a life and made a mistake. There should be some kind of accountability but they should not be in trouble for attempting to save a person in distress.

  9. I have a legitimate question. What was happening with the actual person at the address they were supposed to go? Did I miss them having dispatch send alternate officers to investigate the intended issue?

  10. THESE IDIOT'S SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO KEEP DOING THIS OVER & OVER AGAIN & NOTHING'S DONE ABOUT IT. THESE COPS ARE INCOMPETENT & DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY'RE DOING. IT SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABILITY IN THEIR ACTIONS. NO ONE SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW. POWER. ✌

  11. She won't be winning an Academy award anytime soon. Worst acting I have seen in a while.
I give her credit though, witty enough to know a bag of loot for her and a lawyer is waiting at the end of the road and she decided to go for it double-fisted.

  12. There are so many phones and vehicles with GPS that 15 years ago this should have been a non issue. With armed people you would think that would be checked and rechecked and than checked again.
