Leaving her naked like that made me sick. Those cops were so wrong. I think the way they humiliated her was really sickening. She didn't deserve that at all. Every one of those cops needs apologize to get in open court. They didn't try to investigate to make sure this was the right address.

Lazy ass police work! How did they get a f ing warrant if they didn’t even know if the guy was Even there? They just started bashing in her door. They could’ve stood at the back door and knocked for a little while at the front door until somebody answered and served the goddamn warrant.
I don't know why that when the cops raid a "wrong address" that they don't apologize profusely and fix any damages. These "wrong address" raids are super bad publicity for the cops. They can forget about any goodwill with citizens. No informants, no cooperation.
And since the cops don't care, then they need to be both physically (i.e. jail) and financially punished.

When our civil rights are violated the average citizens really don't have the means to get a lawyer. Let alone a civil rights lawyer and that's the simple truth. So what can be done to resolve this problem?
It sounds like her only recourse at this point is to sue the lawyer—if it can be done timely. Those creeps got off easy. Failure to exercise due care—ANY time they execute a no-knock warrant, the address and sources should be checked and rechecked and checked again.
