  1. This is a classic case of, "Nobody Tells ME No!" That officer needs job loss, hard prison time, and payments surrendered to his victim in perpetuity.

  2. I pray for but don’t give. It’s like feeding a cat they won’t leave. Our small town is now overrun with panhandlers.

  3. Dude should be in prison. In his mind that's the gun with the gun… just because he was not nice enough to the cop.

  4. How about the fact that “Polo” was described as wearing a GREEN shirt and black pants…this dude was wearing PURPLE!!! He couldn’t even use the old “he fit the description” excuse.

  5. Some of Richland police favorite things to steal out of your house, motorcycle helmet, Calvin Klein undergarments, custom knife, little league photos (vintage) and pinching buds is nothing tho they will break pieces off the bottom in an idiotic effort to not be missed. They are the freaks now.

  6. You can’t make this stuff up, cop gets sidetracked from the actual suspect and arrests an innocent neighbor!!

  7. 7:45 the dirty cop is trying to tell the guy in the white shirt that he said something that he didn’t say, stop lying, after he felt that he wasn’t getting the level of respect he wanted, his listening skills shut down

  8. As often happens with cops, the first black man seen is assumed to be the criminal. This cop didn't pay attention to the descriptions of the suspect. His ego was bruised and he retaliated.

  9. 15:41 The biggest problem with policing is that if a citizen, even if it’s a lawyer, and they KNOW that cop is wrong, the cops never believe anyone can resist them cause the times the people should be resisting, the cop always believes they are right. There needs to be significantly more time spent educating officers on their applicable laws. Including case laws. In this case abiding by the law and resisting an officer who is even wrong will get you killed.

  10. We must disobey them so we can continue to show them how messed up there are only in situations that we are not involved or invested these tyrants will continue to abuse their position and we are conditioned to be a sand bag.. why

  11. 1:53

I would like to know the defense for shooting this cop dead

If cop shoots him dead, cop walks free all throughout his days till he has to go to court where they’ll grant him qualified immunity and he goes free.

If man shoots cop dead, man stays imprisoned till he has to go to court where they charge him with killing a LEO

In a police state, you don’t have rights – you have whatever you can get away with before the cops complain you’re breathing the wrong way

  12. How, just how do these officers, who have horrible judgment, blatant misconduct, and reckless behavior still have jobs after proving to be a liability to the government that employs them? These lawsuits settle for hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars. If that isn't screaming liability, I don't know what is.

  13. I'd love to see the depositions for this law suit what a lieing piece of hst this is were the cop knows his ass is covered by qualified imunity, and his brotherhood and gang members that investigate them selves and find no wrong doing , qualified imunity should only be granted by a judge during a trile after seeing persuasive evidence to qualify the officer for said imunity,

  14. In my opnion this officer belongs life in prison, not only for taszing an innocent person but for wasting resources on an unlawful detainment. Now we are starting to understand why cops take so long to follow up on calls its because of bs like this

  15. Im in process of filing Massachusetts ve lawsuits on salem va and roanoke va corruot cops and courts have fun woth the money and be sure in lawsuits ypu have them fired and jailed for their crimes against you. Thats higher accountability show them what their ignorance gets them and why servants shouldnt act liem that to their " owners " the people.
