You keep mentioning peace officer, but I don't see a peace officer anywheres in this group. All I see are escalation officers. And I've always wondered whether the individual is truly resisting or are the officers making it look like the individual is resisting.
This is honestly very upsetting, I read through the case he has and honestly I’ll be surprised if he wins his case. The police have the law on their side because of Qualified Immunity but, watching this video makes me feel like these guys are bad. I truly don’t know how someone could live with them knowing your mistake is the reason for someone misfortune. If they are good people they probably do think about it often, but something tells me not a single person cares

There is no problem with this arrest. Hayes made a cognizant decision to resist and not comply. That was his choice and with that choice comes consequences. Had he not resisted, he would have let go and kept his job. No sympathy from me. Take responsibility for your actions, Mr. Hayes.
The firearms charge is all he should have been charged with as it is illegal to pocket carry a firearm in Texas without a holster. Everything is is non sense. Great video keep up the great work!

He is screwed in a cop/da/court system that loves all of the case law that "justifies" all of their violence and money draining of this person.
