  1. There is much more to this story that I was unable to cover in this episode and I encourage you to check out the articles linked in the description to get a deeper understanding of the incidents surrounding this interaction.

  2. I know that the majority of law enforcement officers are good people who are just trying to do their jobs and serve their communities with dignity and pride. Unfortunately, the good ones aren’t good for clicks and engagement, only the ones that egregiously disregard the law and the rights of citizens. Therefore the bad ones get the most attention and give all the rest a bad name. The communities distrust authorities and are afraid of them abusing their power to violate rights and liberties. This Sheriff is showing his contempt for the law that he is supposed to uphold and protect which reinforces the distrust of the police.

  3. I would not know if this comment will ever be read because in Southern California especially Ventura County the computers control everything and censorship everything until computer decides to let people read A.I. subliminal which of course A.I. here is clouded by lies in the viewers mind while the Sheriffs and other Gov get the real info on their computer screens. One of the most corrupt zones in the United States due to Mexican and Hispanic drug cartel type behavior and thinking extremely corrupt here I rate this geo zone a 13

  4. So the next time a family member or loved one tells you the government is being crooked with them, believe it. Ok, because i just watched a voted in, high level sheriff try to hide evidence, use strong arming abuse to help a buddy. So dont necessarily believe it the minute someone gets in trouble. The lesson is, people are people regardless of title or position.

  5. I'm living in boulder city Nevada were I was arrested for blinker change of 😂 and o cop around I'm standing outside my car at rear for 10mins then this cop.pulles in and says this is a lawfullstop when he was never behind me when I turned into store I didn't now what was going on .then he pissed me off I put blinker .when I pulled into store I always look I. Rear view mirror and no one there .for at least 10 MIns then he was arrested me never told me why .but. he told me I committed a crime or about to but he turned off body cam then he was going to get me for pergy .something wrong with him then he was goingto thru me on ground I disabled and he was hurting .me says he didn't buthe did .I had no idea what I was arrested for he didn't have police report done when I went to court. I didn't get phone call that nite or any thing in Henderson nv .I still didn't know why I was there .nobody told me .but I got body cam in Sept 2023 this happened in april.12 2023 it took 3 months to get report done .then they had the first body cams that came out .they had lens lock edited it all so it made me look bad when he never counted my money in frt of me I was in hot currier and I don't now how much they stole from me..they took a couple hundred of my social security money he counted so much but didn't count that other 20.00 in bad hurt my arms bad plus thought it was funny he looked proud after they all lied about everything to cover up for Kevin there's. More I know .the oner saw it all .

  6. Why does this remind me of that video of a Chief interfering with a traffic stop? It's funnier because he was also drunk. Old people with drinking problems and power trip issues.

  7. The fact that he's wearing 5 stars on his uniform is certainly a red flag about what kind of person he was long before his corruption was discovered. Guy is the nobody sheriff of Nowhere County NM and thinks he's frickin' Dwight Eisenhower.

  8. a state constable can arrest the sheriff. Only the state constable in no way is a municipality above the sheriff he is an elected official and has to be removed thro the district court at the state level

  9. The video should’ve kept going as the Sheriff was being arrested he further held up Obstruction of Justice and was eventually taken away.

  10. if he gave his friend his phones before the search warnt was served they would have 0 right to it but seance it was handed to him after he was served they have ever right to get thoes phones

  11. American is absolute laughing stock its a comedy show..we cant take America seriously its a weak country now and it power is below north Korea

  12. This whole arrest is still absolutely fuc*** if that was ANY other regular person they would have been slammed on their head within the first five minutes of this interaction let alone jerking away from cops while in cuffs.

  13. They all should be fired if they weren’t. That stupid sheriff wouldn’t let a standard citizen get away with this

  14. Look how he’s trying to nitpick it. So glad he was sent to prison. They would never let a citizen walk away with evidence

  15. Meh, I’m not gonna knock any citizen for forcing the government to comply with the constitution, even if they work for the government. If the warrant says X then they need to just get a new warrant. Not a big deal imho. Also, probably best if we make sure cops don’t mess up when arresting other cops for bad behavior, so I’m not gonna knock them for making sure to not violate anyone’s rights.

Like, cops are known to mess something up to get other cops out of trouble on technicalities.

Pick your poison, bc that sherif was putting out so much bait to get them to do something he could use in court and they saw through it.

  16. Is this whole arresting of the sheriff? By the Espinosa police department, is it disgrace? Very unhappy aboutta the things the sheriff did during has arrest. Would it got any ordinary civilian beaten or murdered by a police officer?

  17. Perfect example of people charged with enforcing the law, but having ZERO interpretation, respect, or understanding of the law.

  18. If only most the people who watched this actually know what Espanola is like and why these Espanola cops needed to do what they needed to do

  19. Sheriff Lujan was found guilty on two felonies- harboring a felon and intimidating a witness and sentenced to 3 years in prison in December of 2021. He was also charged with and plead guilty to a criminal misdemeanor for protecting the same man in a different incident which led to a 364 sentence to run concurrent to the 3 year sentence, so no additional time.

  20. The good cop ended up being replaced after a corrupt counsel member became mayor… this corrupt cop was his friend… pretty sad. Stay away from this town
