I just don't think they take him super seriously and try to avoid pointless lectures. It's not good to expect special treatment for your kids tho, of course, especially if he was trying to pull a councilman card or something. But, it could be that he just has an authoritative style to his speech and is just trying to get his kid off the hook, like arguably a lot of people might. Not saying it's right tho
John Adams in his closing arguement during the Boston Massacre Trial:
"It is best that ten guilty go free than for one innocent to be convicted."
The fall of Babylon Amerika on film again…
Yes sir! Now if we could all be treated that way!! 13:42
Yes sir there government but should be acting like servants!! Heaven forbid though..
Yeah Right!! 0:35
I cant believe they let him just walk away from that traffic stop after he served up a lecture and performed NO sobriety tests.
Anyone else would have been out there doing human circus tricks *immediately*. This is bullshit.
wow
That's a good ole boy politician
Georgia again how nice

Cops who say "here's the deal" are usually lying right to your face.
In so many of these interactions I see people on both sides talking over one another and no one is actually listening. When that happens people raise their voices or keep repeating their point. Speaking over someone is a way to silence them and make them feel disrespected.
If you want someone to hear you first let them speak and know that you have paid attention and understand. This will make them feel understood and respected. Then reply with your point and there will be an actual conversation.
Assault on an officer is a BS charge that is used so often that I don’t take it seriously; when an officer makes the claim. That being said, dude needs to stay out of things he has nothing to do with.
Cops need to have a college degree, many cops dont know the laws.
Only because he black man u all have a problem the man doing the same thing a white man we'll do and more u see how much white man for one black man so. Please white people leave us alone
Officers take an oath to laws of the State to which they are employed and the constitution right? Not an allegiance to a loudmouth city councilor that thinks he can stick his nose in police business because of ego, position, or family connection to those arrested. I have seen countless arrests of innocent people for the catch all of "interfering or obstructing law enforcement". Seems what this guy does is an obstruction every time he sees a cop doing work. One of these days he is going to run his yap into catching a charge. Not because of race but because he is a danger to police officers and does interfere with them conducting business.
That deputy is right. He answers to the Sheriff, and the Sheriff ONLY answers to We The People. We The People vote the Sheriff in, and the Sheriff is the chief law enforcement officer in the county. The end all be all, last line of defense when it comes to law enforcement in a county. He doesn't answer to city council, mayors, governor's, or even the president. The fbi needs the sheriff's blessing to operate in a county, same with the dea, homeland, anyone. The problem is that a lot of sheriff's are corrupt or don't know their importance or both.
On the other hand, the police chief is appointed. He holds no power to make laws, or regulations, or statutes or ordinances or any decision that would impact We The People. They do answer to city council, mayor's and governor's. He only has the power to dictate policy for his officers. Period.
The Sheriff is the one to be investigating corruption in the county. The WHOLE county. And defending our rights. But, that's not our current state of law enforcement unfortunately. We need more constitutional sheriff's.
There needs to be more people like him
Imagine how police violated citizens rights before cell phones. Criminals with badges.
Rincón… so, "Corner" or "Little Spot." More like "Literal kludge."
Honestly I don’t mind the councilman giving cops shit.
I have a problem w/ this video and don't understand what YOU find inappropriate or illegal.
Could it be that the Good 'Ole Boys dressed as the Police are in fact harassing the Black Citizens unnecessarily?
After all, that IS a common Southern Pattern of Operation.
In the last dashcam, I didn't see Scott driving as someone Impaired nor Intoxicated.
Sounds like a feeling of "That Negro has too much Power in these parts…." to me!
He should have been arrested for interfering he has no power to order this deputy around!
wow
