Ol’ girl know her stuff. The human trafficking cases Rachelle Bergeron was after was regarding Filipinos being brought to work over and treated horribly, and the sex trafficking is happening in the docks where fishing vessels come in, locals would bring the fishermen women/girls
And you wonder why countries like Iran keep ceasing & detaining innocent 20something American travellers, volunteer aid workers etc….

My understanding is that in my state, Oregon, some 35,000 folks are on the sex offender registry but only under three thousand can be located with any sort of public search.
