“Creepy Search Cops” Ask Federal Court to Restrict My YouTube Channel – Everything Law and Order Blog

I know that many people are following my progress in the Creepy Cops Search Case out of Putnam County, West Virginia, where drug task force police officers were caught on camera illegally searching my client’s house. That apparently includes those officers and their lawyers in the pending federal civil rights lawsuit.

On Friday, the defendant officers’ lawyers filed a motion completely centered on my Youtube channel, requesting an order prohibiting me from ever publishing video deposition testimony of those police officers. Basically they’re requesting court approval for a coverup.

  1. A similar unit existed in LA and Baltimore. Both units were disbanded and the cops are all serving time. They were breaking into people's homes and robbing them, planting evidence, arresting innocent people, and in the Baltimore case they were responsible for at least one death because they caused and covered up a traffic accident that resulted in fatalities. IA covered it up for years. They should have gone to jail too.

  2. It's insane that police are just as scummy as some youtubers, 'pick the nut' comments showcase in court. Here we see a bunch of people commenting about these sensitive officers, they commented mean things about them and we must show them to explain why this individual must be silenced.

Seriously I wish I could say I am surprised but they are genuinely doing a comment showcase of mean comments they have received, everyone gets mean comments for goodness sake. Grow up people!

  3. So they can go into houses with their back up gang of fellow cowards.
Houses filled with women & children & unarmed people… with no warrants whatsoever.
    They can do that
(in their puny minds) brandishing guns and threatening people, and robbing them, and stealing their money and threatening to take their kids away.
All illegally… Just like armed robbers…

But they are terrified of being embarrassed? Or annoyed?
    Over THEIR OWN CRIMINAL ACTIONS?

If they've done everything by the book, then what are they afraid of?
    🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

    The comedic hypocrisy is real.
    It's very very real

  4. This is the first time I have ever disagreed with you but most of us believe fentanyl Floyd didn’t die from the policeman‘s actions and was purely political. That’s one time I was on the cops side.

  5. Yet law enforcement and DAs will hold press conferences telling people how they arrested someone with trumped up charges, then later drop the charges and never correct the record.

  6. Incredible. The cops shit on 4A and 5A. And then when they are sued they ask the judge to abolish 1A for the lawyer!!!!?!?! Wow. Keep making these videos no matter what. That prior restraint request is insane. Even if it's granted, you will win in the end in court and more importantly in the real world. Keep up the great work!!!!! (I'll be joining you as a constitutional lawyer and giving you backup in a few years!)

  7. Does asking for them to be charged with treason count as promoting violence. Because of what the sentenceling might entail.

Because I think any member of the government trying to undermine the first amendment is treason.
