   If she saw him on his phone 3 or 4 times why not be more cautious as you cross with your child. I don’t. Have don’t have kids but if I was walking across the street and saw someone on their phone I’d be cautious crossing. More than likely let them pass before crossing even if I have the right away.

    I remember driver who picked me up from car dealer was using gps on cell phone.
    Buy decent GPS for vehicle everyone to prevent this kind of tragedy.
