  1. rape used to be natural back before their were laws. thats why there is no many rapest in the world. it runs in our blood from when we were primates

  2. I do t understand why something like that is even a thing!!!! A crime is a crime!!!!!! Today, tomorrow, yesterday, 10 years ago, 50 years ago!! If you committed a horrible crime you should be punished no matter how long it’s been!

  3. Don’t understand stature limitation, if you innocent you have nothing to worry about if they have DNA.
A crime doesn’t stop being a crime because of time.

  4. My rape kit came back in 48hrs. How is that possible!?! From the hospital to OSBI, testing then a report sent to the police…48hrs…. No DNA so no crime as I was told by a supervisor with the OKCPD Sex crimes unit. So many women are denied justice. It's disgusting.

  5. Anytime you feel threatened DO NOT go into an isolated situation. I’m very sorry this happened to you ! We live in a society filled with ENTITLED PEOPLE !! BEWARE and WATCH YOUR BACK ALWAYS!! Our justice system needs to be overhauled!

  6. grrrr seriously. he caught the door and came in. you should turn around and go back out. dont lead someone to your door.
I thought I recognized kali Rocha.

  7. Why is there a statute of limitations for any crime? If you can prove it, the criminal should be punished! Imagine how many rapes could be prevented if there was no statute of limitations!

  8. The amount of kits just sitting there piled up for YEARS is DISGUSTING! If it’s time sensitive like this then they need to be processed! These people deserve justice.

  9. Uhm excuse me but the statute of limitations should NOT apply in this case because of it taking 21 damn years for them to actual test it! The victims came forward when it happened, they didn’t wait. They test old evidence all the time as technology grows and convict people decades later successfully but because it’s a sex crime it’s different? Yeah ok!! Get out of here with that nonsense!

  10. This video has pointed out a ton of issues with our law enforcement:
    1. Why are we not providing adequate funding to our crime labs?
    2. Why is there a statute of limitations on violent crimes?
    3. Why are serial rapists given such short prison sentences? That dude should have never seen the light of day

  11. Hey! Maybe it’s a very weird question, this one… ( If anyone from the US could answer me, I would be very great full ) I’m from Denmark and a very big fan of CWD. But I keep getting reruns of episodes ( even though a very few ones seems new to me.. ) . Is CWD cancelled and only exists in podcasts now? I was told that it was cancelled a long time ago ( but a keep getting episodes, like this one ). Can one you kind people from US put me up to speed? Regards from Denmark 🇩🇰 🍀
