Dad accused of drugging daughter’s friends at sleepover; Reformed convict allegedly dismembers man

1. My son when younger had his 2 female friends sleep over every weekend.
   I was rarely in same room as all 3…
   No reason to be….🧐..
   I was totally paranoid to be honest…🧐

2. This is why I don’t let my kids go over peoples houses.

3. Don't know the parents maybe don't let them keep your child. Common sense, people apparently just don't care. Til it's too late

10. I has several sleep overs when I was a kid! I’m late forties. I still remember how much fun they were. The staying up all night playing games like monopoly, crazy 8 countdown, the date game and dress up. I’m still friends with a couple of them today. Life long bonds from late night gossip about boys, our parents, our annoying siblings and even teachers . I’m grateful for my childhood and devastated for these young girls!

15. Well, i guess it is safer with 2 (or more) sleeping over than 1. Since the 1 girl saved them all from what was happening. If it hadn't of been for the 2nd girl staying over, he would have had his way w the other girl.

21. My adoptive parents would occasionally let me go to sleep overs or spend the night at a friend's house. But I always wanted to go back home either late that night or EARLY the next morning. It was my first stable home& it was hard to not sleep in MY very own bed.

23. How can people watch this shit. The neuropsychologist says that sometimes these drugs can stop oxygen supply to the brain and in some cases that’s how people die from overdoses. Umm yea that’s how most everyone dies from drug overdoses. Definitely the most common way people die from overdoses. In other cases people may aspirate (vomit choke on their own vomit) or like seize but in most cases overdose deaths are a result of respiratory arrest leading to subsequent cardiac arrest.

24. My parents NEVER allowed me to go sleepover at anyones house. And although I didn’t understand at that time, the strictness and rules they put in place on me and my siblings; I so appreciate them now.

25. while my daughter was growing up and going off with others (infrequently) she had a simple code to send us and we were immediately off to get her. she had to use it once. i had a situation as a teen with the father of a friend. You never know. i had stayed at her place a dozen times, then woke up to find him standing over me. Never went back.

28. I would fail on that jury! The girl that called her parents and had the thought to call another adult, is being raised right! Damn! She is a hero! 911 may have been an option but maybe she didn’t want to escalate the situation by being on the phone too long. They try to keep them on the phone which is so helpful at times but her wanted to call her most trusted adults was smart! I’m glad the other adult listened and didn’t hesitate! Bless both of them
