When you don't want to have a baby, especially the second time, it's both their responsibility to use protection, especially at their young age. He wanted sex with her, then he should have been smart enough to go out and buy a big box of condoms or not have sex! He lied about he thought Ariel took baby Kate out of the car seat, she was seating in the passenger side, got out of the car and she went to get the stroller, and then he was gone with the baby! And then mentioned he took out the car seat thinking it was empty… umm, you would know a baby is in the car seat, you can feel the weight of a baby in a car seat. You notice when he was sentenced, he showed no emotions and no remorse. I don't know if this is true, but I read that Ariel was going to still marry the father baby Kate or they already got married. Just crazy. Teens shouldn't have babies, but they keep having babies and too many young mom's or dad's want to get rid of their baby like they're trash, and they eventually get caught and sent to jail to practically grow up in jail, wasting years of their young life. Very sad that this keeps happening and so many places offer to take their baby with no questions asked but these kids still don't do that and so many couple's can't have babies and would love to adopt a baby. This is truly sad about baby Kate, she really didn't deserve this. She's a sweet baby Angel. 💖
