  1. i do understands why he’s lied, he’s would’ve gotten arrested immediately if he’s says’ “ i accidentally shot Her hes wanted more time with his daugther He accidentally shot his daugther thats in itself it is a life sentence of regret… omg she’s was saying “ daddy i knew its an accident i dont blame your the innocence of kid its unfathomable that’s why we as a country takes it lots seriously when ppls hurt children the facts that’s she says daddy I knows its a accident daddy’ i’m not mad at your’ that’s just melted my heart .. oh. 🥺😫 killing yours own daughter its a life sentence His mind will be ripping him apart for the rest of His life she’s looked like she’s was tip toeing through the house and she’s was just trying to prank Her daddy that’s its sad

  2. It's crazy reading the comments and seeing how black people will defend a murderer, no matter what. This guy killed an 11 year old girl and all the black people are like, "OH THE POOR BABY," and they aren't even talking about the daughter, they literally think this man is a poor baby when he is a cocained out, paranoid, idiot who didn't have enough sense to keep his family safe. This is why black people will always be looked at with contempt, because they always defend murderers and rapists, just because they are family members.

  3. RIP BEAUTIFUL ANGEL. I REALLY HATE THIS HAPPENED. I COME HERE TO GRIEVE FOR THIS YOUNG ANGEL AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

  4. This lady is duuum. You can just tell she doesn't want to even mention his last crimes and wants to blame his crimes on his skin color. She can barely hold it in.

  5. He wasn't treated differently. Its a violent crime, that ended with a CHILD dying. AND he has priors. Even having the firearm at all, is a violation. Which sets even more precedent that hes willing to break the law….Its NOT different. They couldn't let him go even if they wanted to….

The best they could ever hope for would be taking him to the funeral while in custody, which can happen. But thats usually after theyre already tried and under the strictest of circumstances.

  6. How is that possible? I really think this father was doing some illegal business and he was freaked out. I don't think it was a mistake. He is a waste of space. He does not even look upset, like a typical narcissistic asshole.

  7. I think the guilt of the father accidentally shooting his daughter dead weighing on him for the rest of his life, since he's human who made a mistake, and not a monster, is punishment enough for him. It's not like he values his freedom over her life anyway.

  8. I’m sorry but I think it was an accident. Yes he had a gun and he wasn’t supposed to but his intentions was to protect himself, if he would have known his daughter just came home he wouldn’t have been looking suspicious the way he was before he found out, also you can say “he took her to the hospital because he felt like he had to” he did it because that’s his daughter and he didn’t want that to happen. Also everyone’s been there drinking there pain away or doing drugs to numb the pain so you really can’t say much abt that either

  9. Not them trying to make this a race issue 😂
Like nah he was a felon that shouldn’t have had the freaking gun to begin with and shot without looking and did drugs while out on bail… he’s not some innocent guy that just made a stupid mistake… but of course because of color they’re making it seem that way…..

  10. First let me say this was clearly a tragic accident, and i do believe almost every aspect of his story.

The only part I don't believe is that he was drowsy. I sincerely doubt he was THAT drowsy if soon before killing his daughter, he was walking around his house right before- loaded gun or not. I think he was expecting bad company, and was sitting on his bed with the gun in hand, expecting someone who had a problem with him. I think his story about the gun being his cousin's is pretty shady, because in that story, he let his cousin drive home drunk.

I also don't agree with "reckless homicide" unless we start charging white men for shooting innocent Black teenagers who got an address wrong with the same charge. Thank goodness for that one juror who refused to charge him with reckless homicide.

  11. Dude definitely regrets it. Dude definitely thinks he'll never do drugs again. I definitely want to believe him. He definitely believes himself. But things happen

  12. Wow, I can't believe people defending a man who killed his own innocent daughter, accidently or not. This whole story seems sketchy to me…

  13. I believe that he is just as much guilty as he is innocent. That's typical behavior of children, and he should be used to that encounter and used to that child's touch, voice, and presence. Yes, it was an accident but also a highly inexcusable one. 💯

  14. Yes he made 2 mistakes but it cost his little girl her life!! His 1st mistake was allowing his cousin to leave his gun with Timothy and his 2nd mistake was not looking before shooting the "intruder". THAT is what also cost his daughter her life. He will now have to live with the consequences for the rest of his life. It will also affect his other children's life not having their sister around for the rest of THEIR lives. His mistake cost a lot more damage than to just him.
