   there is no "accidently" forgetting your child in the car for that long a period of time, or any period of time. any decent parent NEVER forgets that their child is in the car with them. what he did was absolutely inexcusable and sickening.

    They didn't even mention the fact that he also went to home Depot on his lunch break and put his purchase in his car during that break leaning into his small car that his son and the car seat was in and "didn't" notice his son. Give me. A break

    It is entirely possible for a 22 month old to fall asleep quickly in a car ride, even if it’s a quick 5 minute ride, depending on how tired he or she is. They’re questioning that to see whether or not his story of the baby falling asleep and him forgetting the baby in the car is feasible, and it totally is. We‘ve all heard news stories of mothers forgetting their babies in the car because the child fell asleep and they had a change in their routine. With that being said, the video he researched on hot cars near the date of this “accident” is highly suspicious. Coupled with the fact that he was apparently a pervert, and seemingly wanted to live the single life, it may also be entirely possible that he did it purposely. Also, I can’t believe the mother is a witness for the defense I would’ve probably killed that man myself if he left my baby in the car while he sexted women for hours. With all of that being said, I still can’t believe that people do forget their children in their cars. When my son was little, he fell sleep all the time in the car and I never, not once, was like whoops, forgot the child in the car. I honestly don’t know how that happens. A person has to be really aloof to forget a whole child in a car, on ANY kind of weather

    It bs he didnt forget him he killed that baby, we all stop a vehicle an get out but we gather our purse, briefcases an coffee or drink an a parent would look back. It's bs he did it. An the fist bumb is not of a grieving father but for himself a breif relief of I'm getting my lie across.

    I forget a lot, keys, papers, driver's license. almost every morning I walk back into my house at least twice because I have forgotten something. but I have never forgotten my child! even at times when my child is not with me (at babysitter or at school) I still think of my child, and my husband has to tell me 'don't worry he is at school' for example. I think it's possible, but not as often as it happens. I think people think it's a good excuse to be able to kill them and get away with it.

    how the fuck do you "accidently" leave your child in the car? there is no forgetting that your child is in a carseat in the back seat. especially if said carseat is ina spot where you can see it in the rear view mirror. RIP little one. heaven gained another angel.

    Any parent who forgets their child is in the backseat are clearly idiots and don't deserve to be a parent. I am a mother and I always remember that my son is in the backseat. It's not rocket science. I can't believe this "father"…more like monster would even do this intentionally. I would beat him to death if I could get away with it.

    i dont know how i ended up seeing these videos of crime watch daily.. but really cant believe there are so cruel parents killing their infants or toddlers… World is such a pathetic place.. couples are suffering and dying to have kids on one hand and here parents are killing their beautiful babies .. so so sad,, cant watch any more. my heart goes out to these kids…

    I'm sorry but even in my hectic life the only thing I don't forget is my kids! I have 3 kids including almost 3 year old twins, a 3bd room house, and I work as a prep cook and clean. No man either… despicable
