8. There is NO evidence of Dan being a child molester (of which the docu-series implies). People love to grab their pitchforks and accuse before learning the truth. The doc was a hit job and he has the right to sue for it.

19. He will lose. In order to prove defamation, one of the four required points that must be proved is that the defendant made "a false statement purporting to be fact". The quiet on set documentary made no allegations against him themselves.
