They protected the son to prevent him from being arrested for DUI while driving a boat, and Killing a friend, and injuring other friends. My country max for murder is 12years like max max but usually people sit half and rapes like 2-4year so yep..
Maybe they could retry him and argue that since the additional evidence was used once, it should be allowed again. And perhaps they could get the two other people to testify.

The first jury wasnt allowed to hear about Scientology… the victims who were Scientologists like Danny Masterson reported their crimes to other Scientologists when it happened… there are records of that. The second jury had the full scope of what exactly played out and rendered a guilty verdict.

He is a serial rapist. Do you really think there is only three?! When you look at his youthful interviews, it’s not that hard to see that he’d been doing this for years. Perhaps while he is incarcerated he can come to some understanding of what he has done and some empathy for his victims because he’s going to need that when he goes for parole
The attorney is a douche. The way he views S.A and survivors is horrendous. He seems like the type of guy to defend an abuser by victim blaming and slut shaming.
Regarding the knowing yourself best when you are intoxicated argument, I did once have a drink spiked and the difference was unbelievable. Even the people with me noticed something was absolutely not right. It was horrible and I can still recall it almost 30 years later.
