The first jury wasnt allowed to hear about Scientology… the victims who were Scientologists like Danny Masterson reported their crimes to other Scientologists when it happened… there are records of that. The second jury had the full scope of what exactly played out and rendered a guilty verdict.

24. He is a serial rapist. Do you really think there is only three?! When you look at his youthful interviews, it’s not that hard to see that he’d been doing this for years. Perhaps while he is incarcerated he can come to some understanding of what he has done and some empathy for his victims because he’s going to need that when he goes for parole

26. Regarding the knowing yourself best when you are intoxicated argument, I did once have a drink spiked and the difference was unbelievable. Even the people with me noticed something was absolutely not right. It was horrible and I can still recall it almost 30 years later.
