7. Did he really accuse the driver of the red car of cussing at him for no reason? What the actual fuck? Being rear-ended by ANYONE is more than enough reason – and an entirely understandable reason – for responding with at least some profanity, if not some anger. But when the person who crashes into you is a police officer, someone who should absolutely know better and who subsequently and blatantly lies to you about it, it would almost be unreasonable to not respond in the way that he did.
   In the UK, we would categorise this as a severe case of the police "taking the fucking piss".

    Good evening! I know many people have reached out for an update and not sure where to even begin at this point! Let’s start with I’m beyond frustrated with the fact that our attorney filed this lawsuit in Dec. 2021, we waited for court which was held on Feb.1 2024 in which the judge dismissed the case because they have no jurisdiction and said we need to file with the court commissioners office. Meanwhile I attempted to reach out to our attorney to ask what we needed to do moving forward and never heard back. I took it amongst myself to file with the commissioners office to be told they need a LONG list of documents which I’m having a hard time obtaining because they need records from our insurance company but my husband is a disabled vet and his veteran insurance it’s not a typical insurance situation. I’m working on getting the items they have requested but I don’t understand why they are making it so difficult! Everything is on camera, this officer continues to ruin peoples lives and continues to not be held accountable! I’m not giving up but letting everyone know where we stand at this point. That when it is a white disabled person being pulled over by cops and excessive force used , majority of the comments which are by either Asian or whites are a n favor of the veteran , all comments on this post are lashing out completely at the cop, yet when a Black disabled veteran posts the same video with a goon squad of bad cops ripping him out of his car breaking his arm , and injuring his knee, when the black veteran committed no crimes whatsoever , the black disabled veteran gets slammed with negative comments , or views but no comments with white america keeping their mouths shut when they see something bad happen to someone that if. Different race then them. Shows how racist America is .

29. Cops like this should be immediately sent to jail ….when this shit happens you should always call and request a different law enforcement agency with jurisdiction of same area to show up prior to interacting with the officer responsible for the accident
