  1. YOU MISSED THE HOOK IN THIS VIDEO. The officers set a trap for the passenger. He did not need to show his ID and they lied by saying he was required to. But then they told him to exit the car which he was required to and would justify an arrest. Once arrested, he would have been required to identify thus satisfying their initial intent to deprive him of his rights. Telling him to get out of the car and hoping that he refuses was just another way to acquire his ID. Note that they no longer were concerned with officer safety needing him to exit the car once they had his ID.

  2. How in the fuck do you give cops commanding unlawful/unconstitutional orders a C 😂😂😂

You need an actual standard for how you give these letter grades…
I’d say any medical test where the patient loses their life is a fail, not mid grade – likewise, any police interaction where the cops violate someone’s constitutional rights, they’ve failed….

This was an F. They were willing to and were about to break the window open and yank him out. For what?
    “He wouldn’t show his ID”

Nazi germany: “show your papers” the Nazis told random citizens, stopping them from their daily activities, arresting anyone who didn’t immediately show their “papers”

    Same with stalin’s Soviet russia

Every police state is the exact same – rampant abuses of authority are commonplace in countries and governments where people lack the power or ability to educate themselves to the happenings of the police around them due to the constant bombardment of propaganda telling them “most cops are just doing their job; just a few bad apples” when the reality is: “cops are doing whatever the fuck they want to because they have immunity from prosecution for assault, physical assault (battery), theft, kidnapping, and even murder.

A cop can shoot you then claim you were being uncooperative so he had to for his safety – regardless of the circumstances surrounding the murder

  3. 10:02

    “You do have rights, but….”

The “but” the officer is trying to interject means he thinks you DONT have rights 😅

If the cop is saying “you don’t have a right” while saying “you totally have rights though” – that cop is doing what’s known as “gaslighting”

Cops love to gaslight in order to avoid accountability – they’re literally TRAINED to gaslight people into admitting shit they aren’t doing

  4. 8:24

In a police state, you do not have the right to remain silent as that silence leads to your arrest.

If you lose your rights by exercising your rights, you never had those rights.

Those who give up their freedom for safety don’t deserve em and will get neither in the end – I’m paraphrasing some old guy

  5. HOW DOES THEM PUTTING YOU OUT WITH THEM MAKE THEM SAFE . EVER HEAR OF THE 21FOOT RULE , AND HE WILL BE A LOT CLOSER THAN 21 FEET . IT COULD BE LIKE MIKE ON BETTER CALL SAUL , GO AHEAD TAKE MY GUN .

  6. HOW IS YOUR I.D. GOING TO MAKE THEM SAFE IF YOU HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD . ALL THAT COULD MEAN IS YOU HAVEN'T BEEN ARRESTED YET OR CONVICTED . BUT YOU CAN STILL BE A KILLER, SO HOW SAFE ARE THEY .

  7. Did the one so called officer? Actually tell the passenger in the vehicle. YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHTS WITH YOU ARE IN A CAR. That officer is a IDIOT. Even convicted Murderers have certain rights in prison.I believe they should have certain rights. Only minimal ones though. The right to shower, eat, water, required medication, clean clothes. I also believe prisoners that haven’t committed Capital Crimes. Should have to grow their own food. Raise certain domestic animals for eating. Actual training for jobs that they can actually start their own business. When they are released from prison. These jobs are in demand and you can make a lot of money doing PLUMBING, HVAC,CARPENTRY,ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, FARMING and a few other jobs. Let’s face it. When in prison, especially for an extended period of time. There are no real programs for prisoners that behave and follow prison rules. Prisons are supposed to rehabilitate prisoners. They are treated like criminals instead of at least treating the prisoners that follow the rules, like Human Beings. There is no incentive for them to become rehabilitated. When they serve their full sentence. They have to reveal they are convicted felons. NO COMPANY THAT PAYS HIGH WAGES IS GOING TO HIRE THEM. So there is no real incentive to not go and commit more crimes. I believe that people that kill other people, child molesters and extremely violent people should never be released from prison. I also believe that if you aren’t a career criminal. Once you pay your debt to society. You should not have to reveal you are a convicted felon. Unless you commit another crime that you go to prison for. These people are career criminals and should have to reveal they are a convicted felon. A society should be judged by the amount of people that are in prison.

  8. Cops basically have unlimited power over us and abuse it consistently. Qualified immunity makes them feel untouchable. Simply because they're 😢not responsible for their own actions.

  9. Funny that I don't seem to recall any videos of cops berating little kids and babies to give up there identification cards for being passengers in a car… If this cop knows the absolute law, then there's gotta be some videos of this out there readily available.

  10. …a C!?

They literally violated his 4th amendment rights and threatened to take away his freedom, while using outright lies to pretend they had the authority to do so.

Threatening theft and kidnapping is NOT a "professional demeanor". But sure, I suppose they successfully tricked him out of his rights before they decided to physically assault him or put a bullet through his head, so I guess you got cookies for how friggin' professional they are, eh?

  11. B, S those cops do not get AC. They did not rip him out of the car and arrest him because he understood that they were a hair's breath away from doing so and he gave them his I. D.
Those cops were about to commit assault battery and kidnappand the only reason they did not do that is because they were able to cow toe and intimidate a citizen into submission to their non-existent authority.
Those cops should get AD minus at most. And?
That citizen should have his grade downgraded a little bit too. Because while he did do almost everything right. He failed to demand that they threatened him with a rest before he submitted. That would have given him grounds to Sue them and hold them personally accountable because they knew they were violating the law.

  12. You talk about cops lying, but I’m finding more and more titles of your videos to be lies. Now when I see a video of yours I begin skeptical of the content. Be honest. Or you’re no better than the police you judge.

Stop lying when you type out your titles to get more views
