  1. If all Soto did was presentv the proper paperwork to invalidate the stop and maintained his right to remain silent afterward that would be one thing. But impersonating a public servant to try and get out of a ticket and his history of doing so was idiotic and morally reprehensible. F period.

  2. That's my husband's home town. In around 1993 their Sheriff was arrested and found guilty of fraud and theft. Probably the most popular Sheriff the county of Marion ever had.

  3. This seems quite…odd. Philly PD has an awful reputation for being unprofessional. That said, this guy sounds nutty.

  4. That guy should get a D for being a liar, committing fraud by falsely identifying several different times and making the auditor community look Bad

  5. I think if you happen to have an history of impersonating a LEO or other public servant, that you should be subjected to a mental health screening and weekly/monthly counseling. I'm not saying that it suggests a mental disability or incapacity pertaining to intelligence. The guy is very bright. But there's something else there about control or prestige that has misguided his actions.
