  1. Never let a cop such your car. No cops need to stop looking at everyone's as criminal. That's why they are allowed to lie, but if we lie going to jail

  2. They're gonna seize any amount over $10,000 every time, unless you can produce pay stubs and W-2/1099 forms on site. It can't be bank statements, it has to be pay stubs and W-2/1099 forms.

  3. 🚨 When the government goes broke, they send out the police 👮‍♀️ wait till the police realize they have no pension … oh wait 😂

  4. Moral of the story even though it’s legal to carry large amounts of money with proof that’s it’s yours don’t do it anyway because these punks ass cops are going to use a dog and say the dog found drugs on them and take your money anyway without even charging you for a crime.

  5. What I don’t understand is why the narrator in this video says “he should have refused the search, and you should ALWAYS do the same regardless of if you think you are involved in illegal activity or not”. Because even if you do refuse, it literally won’t make one difference, because then they will just walk their dog around your car then say that dog alerted and then they will search it anyways. That’s how law enforcement illegally gets around your refusal “legally”…. So even if this man or any of us in the same situation had refused the car search, it wouldn’t have made a difference. They would search it anyways, and steal all of your bread anyways…

  6. Wait, don't nearly all US bills have some trace of illegal substances on them because they are used to take illegal substances and then put back into circulation when they're spent? And there was never a canine officer at the stop. So how can they claim that a canine alerted to something on the RENTAL vehicle?

  7. How in the hell is a police department getting to keep any forfeited assets not considered an obvious conflict of interest? If the cash is found to be used in drug trafficking it should go straight to funding homeless shelters or something.

  8. LEO are abusing CAV. As a result, we should reverse CAV laws. And the man literally thought they would let him go, as he was ready to go to the bank. Man, was he clueless. It started when he consented to a search.

  9. We all know if he had refused the search the police would have detained him much longer for a drug sniffing dog to do a walk around on his vehicle and would certainly have "triggered" being directed by the handler, or a false trigger wanting to be rewarded for his triggering. And thus allowing a full vehicle search anyway. This is a dirty illegal cop trick used every day all across America.

  10. The Court notes that the United States of America and the only Claimant, Osamah Aburas, personally and as an agent of C to R Wholesale, LLC, (hereinafter "Claimant"), have entered into a Stipulation for Compromise Settlement filed in the above-captioned matter. Claimant has consented and agreed to the entry of judgment of forfeiture based upon the Complaint for Civil Forfeiture in rem in favor of the United States on the conditions set forth below:
    A. The United States will return to Claimant the sum of $38,676.00 in the form of a payment made through the United States Treasury; and

    B. Claimant agreed that the remaining $58,014.00 in custody of the United States Marshal Service will be forfeited to the government.

  11. It’s insane that the courts said buying 2 plane tickets for $2100 in cash is out of the ordinary. Like wtf. Seeing these from a few years ago really shows how law enforcement hasn’t been protecting and serving in very long. They treat everyone like a drug dealer or some kind of criminal. And even when they’re wrong they face zero repercussions. It’s disgusting

  12. I work at one of the Big Four Banks, and i always advise customers to never travel with large amounts of cash if it can be avoided. When they need to leave the bank with it, i tell them to have a trust friend or family member instead law enforcement for their own protection.

  13. This is armed robbery!!! They knew where he was traveling and what he had. The cop asked him to get out of the car for no reason whatsoever. Then asks to search the car without saying why it was necessary and tells him to stand 30 feet away!?!?!?. This man was setup and robbed!!! That cop was searching that car whether he consented or not cause he knew exactly what was in it. Furthermore, TRACES OF COCAINE!!! Get the f#*k out of here it was a rental!!!

  14. Official reports have stated 50% of our US currency has residue of cocaine already on them so to say this why they are holding the money is crazy and to futher state if they believe that if you withdraw large sums of cash, its intended to buy drugs is crazy as hell.

  15. stealing is stealing and stealing is wrong . Just because government says it's okay for you to steal You still a scumbag for stealing honest money

  16. So im curious how many bills tested for cocaine. Cause with that much cash, you are basically statistically guaranteed to have a couple bills that have been used to snort cocaine.
