It's always been an abnormal mental issue with people with these status/behavior.
Doctors/psychlogists have diagnosed this character behavior
as abnormal since the 60s and 70s and now been ignored. These people needs real help.

Everyone hates to admit it because it obviously doesn’t excuse such evil acts, but the definite cause is influenced by bullying 100%. It’s extremely ignorant to say bullying isn’t the cause of this because every single school shooting case has to do with suspects who have had social and mental issues, yet everyone just blames guns only. It’s not that hard for parents and the school system to teach popular kids how to not pick on others, yet they never see it as an issue. Pathetic.
