  1. Fox59 is reporting that Richard Allen was overlooked early on because of a “clerical error “ as to where and how his information was stored. They cite unnamed sources —- but that would explain why the massive delay.

  2. Just wanna throw this out there, he’s innocent until proven guilty. You people do not know this man so don’t judge him.

  3. How to make it obvious you're taking a video/photo you put the phone up to your face, to not make it obvious you have the phone running at waist height, just my opinion

  4. I’d like to know how the search party missed two dead bodies and a crime scene… from what I understand the bodies were found not far downstream the next day… that doesn’t make a lot of sense… either they are horrible searchers or the body’s were not there until later.

  5. What does his rap sheet/history of priors look like ? Doubtful these murders were the first activity of this kind for a man his age. Also, he looks pretty short => did ANYONE of the eye witnesses identify the person they saw as being short in stature ?

  6. The killer likely cycled the slide of the pistol in an effort to gain compliance from the girls. The pistol was already chambered, meaning there was already a cartridge in the chamber ready to fire. However, in the killers excitement he either didnt realize that or cycled the slide anyway, again in an attempt to gain their further compliance, which extracted and ejected the live round, imprinting it with identifying tool marks or gouges and scratches from the chamber walls, the extractor (a spring loaded claw shaped component that grips the bottom of the cartridge and pulls it from the chamber) and the ejector (a fixed anvil or stop that the cartridge base impacts to, in conjunction with the claw extractor, to pivot and propel the cartridge from the wespon through the ejection port.
All of those steel contact surfaces will leave identifying tool marks and scratches on the soft brass or aluminum cartridge case.
All this takes place very quickly and automatically and quite forcefully upon firing a semi-automatic or self-loading pistol such as the Sig Sauer P-226, but manually cycling the action performs the same functions albeit at a much slower pace and without as much force.
Obviously the unfired round had to be manually cycled to expel it from the pistol and the likely reason being to impart fear upon whoever the firer is trying to control, as weve all seen hundreds of times on TV and in movies.
I believe the killer did this once he got the girls to the final location to gain their compliance to undress. The fact that he was unaware that the pistol was already chambered with a live round, or forgot to recover the round, suggests his inexperience and perhaps uncontrolled excitement or nervousness during this dispicable act.

    RIP girls.

  7. This guy doesn’t have a speeding ticket in his life and he just decides to kill two little girls on a whim? Out of nowhere? And left no DNA or anything but a bullet “found” by the cops? Ok…..

  8. I couldn’t convict this guy on what she’s saying. A bullet the cops “found “ the height being 5’10” to 6’”2 and he’s 5’4” and the posters hanging for years and not one person thought this guy looks like the poster…. Cops and prosecutors have to do better than this

  9. Abandoned old railroad tracks why is there not a rail of some kind even for the up keep there should be a tie down for harness or something yes very awful and unthinkable my goodness the evil 😢

  10. I want to know how they proved it was this guy because I’m not 100% convinced there is too much shady activity in this 6 year case the guy on the bridge had a full head of hair and we can’t get a good look at his face this case is so disgusting I need more clarification that this was him way too many things not being said

  11. Doesn't matter if they
Move across the entire country!😂 He's been all over the internet for 7 years now . Almost everyone knows what he's done by now!

  12. Biggest lot of BS I gave ever heard…the mud and blood was a made up lie…the original lady NEVER said mud and blood! The prosecutor LIED…DONT YOU Know That?? .
