  1. We're so close to 100k! Thank you to everyone who supports this channel, and don't forget to check out our Patreon for ad free, uncensored, and exclusive episodes. Cheers!

  2. This is a simple example and obvious example of what’s wrong with the police. The man is eating a sandwich in public….. and this clown cop, who’s a real dumb ass and probably don’t even have a kindergarten diploma wants to arrest him for eating a sandwich in public entertain him and all that bullshit that goes with it. But these cops making up laws and pulling this shit is going on all over the country over all kinds of ridiculous circumstances, and what they do is they arrest them, and they put them in jail, which gives them someone of a record, and then they release them because they know they can’t get in front of a judge and explain the bullshit they’ve just pulled, but it’s always text players money. It’s degradation of this poor man’s rights. Any scumbag cops are getting away with it because they’re getting away with arresting them and then after they’re in jail, they let them go before they get in front of a judge because the judge will eat his ass up the cop that is for pulling this shit – so one way the cop gets away with it. And he goes home stroke and his ego that he’s a Billy bad ass cop in actuality he’s a week little man behind the badge and he’s a clown.

  3. You are not allowed to eat or drink on BART but lots of people do it. Eating and drinking on BART is enforced so infrequently that its become a defacto standard.
people smoking vaping and playing loud music is a bigger concern.

  4. Don't these cops have better things to do? Car break-ins and theft are a huge problem in the San Francisco area. But nooooooo, the pigs go after someone eating a sandwich on a train platform.

  5. the policy said it only implies when you’re in a paid area i don’t remember paying when i dropped of my siblings at the platform…….which is where he’s standing and eating which is literally so far from the line up that was getting on the train. so i don’t see an issue lmao

  6. Can’t eat a sandwich outside but you can piss on another human being if your pecker is soft .. make it make sense

  7. One thing that I'm going to say is fact police don't enforce policies their job is to enforce the law the police only get them forced criminal law just like they've been doing anyone doing the conversation oversized with the police so you think about it

  8. The fact that california law decided that there was enough precedent to inforce a consumption law on transport property is tragic. Who tf cares about littering or clutter if ur juat gonna fucking arrest people for such small shit. California needs to be removed from the american land mass and i mean the entirety of the americas should be freed from this hell hole

  9. That policy is so stupid, so glad I don’t live in California, like why would they do that, he got arrested cause the people who made the rule don’t want to clean up after someone but they do it to someone else property, us Americans are evil

  10. That policy is so stupid, so glad I don’t live in California, like why would they do that, he got arrested cause the people who made the rule don’t want to clean up after someone but they do it to someone else property, us Americans are evil

  11. Idc what the law says…. This looks ridiculous… there’s real crimes being committed and they wasted all this time behind a sausage McMuffin

  12. The grading is off here. The officer did state that he was arresting the subject for failing to provide his name. Frankly, I understand not resorting to violence here however, considering the subject's defiance after clearly committing the infraction that he should've been banned from using BART pending payment of fine, rescinding legal action, and if another infraction should take place within the year he should be banned for two years.

The detainee absolutely deserves an F if any subject ever did due to verbally and visually committing the infraction.

  13. If this cop has a wife and children…how and the hell could he be proud of coming home that day and be proud of what he accomplished in his day of work….let alone , looking himself in the mirror…..paycheck trumps morals and integrity i reckon.

  14. Strange, how he wasn’t under arrest, but was being arrested for resisting arrest… is it just me, or does it seem to be that officer is making things up as he goes, because he just wants a confrontational interaction with that man … I don’t think it would have mattered if he was eating, or just standing there waiting for a ride, that officer would have his confrontation regardless

  15. It seems like the guy eating the sandwich was looking to get into trouble. He was argumentative from the start. Why didn’t he do like his friend and ask about the no food signs from
    The beginning?

  16. It’s a shitty situation but it is the law. The problem is both parties are unwilling or unable to communicate like grow adults. The officer could be cool and explain and the guy eating the sandwich is being difficult because he probably doesn’t believe it’s against the law.

  17. He should’ve been arrested for being a 30-year-old dressed like a teenager😂. There’s never the fashion Police around when you need them.

  18. This is insanity. This is crazy. Verbatim the cop says your eating it's illegal. Get a life. How about you go to the gym instead of being a fat cop who can only catch a guy standing still eating a sandwich.

  19. I think this would’ve ended with a warning if he didn’t start screaming and acting out. Whether or not you think it’s a dumb law, the signs are clearly shown.
