  1. Saw a clip of this that had me on the bikers side but 3 minutes in and I have changed my mind

After watching the whole thing… this whole interaction was stupid guy filming came across as an entitled jerk while the cops were just trying to do their jobs to me

  2. While the stop is asinine, a parking lot isn't a courtroom. It is unfortunate that citizens have to be inconvenienced by uniformed or arrogant law enforcement. In my opinion, upon on a judge finding the infraction to be unlawful, there should be compensation awarded to the defendant equal to the amount of the fine, which should be paid for by the officer who signed the ticket. If you think a helmet cam is worthy of a ticket, then an unlawful or unjustified stop should be worthy of one. Maybe then police would ask themselves, "Am I sure about this?".

  3. Okay, motercycle guy is right but in the wrong way, he shouldnt have gotten pulled over in the first place but as soon as he said "im Invoking my right to stay silent" he should have done just that, instead of going off about how he doesnt need a licence or licence plate, based on "i pay my taxes, that paid for the road im driving on, and i paid for the bike im riding and all the taxes for that" he shouldnt have said any of that or anything after that
