I'm not buying it. He's being framed by the cops because of the public outrage of not finding the perpetrator. People are known to falsely confess during a grueling interrogation. Just look up The West Memphis Five for proof of false confessions.
Just because she took that footage of the guy doesn’t mean he’s the one a lot of ppl take pic if they were alone and felt threaten or fear just in case something happen. My family lives a bit north of there..this case has always sickened me. That there are people out there that are so horrible. It shouldn’t have been those two girls’ fates. I hate this occurrence so much.
